Boppy
What Boppy is
Boppy is a free AI music generator for web browsers, iPhone and Android. Enter a written song idea and it creates a complete track with original lyrics and sound. Users can review and edit the generated lyrics before creating the song. Boppy says it supports genres including pop, rock, hip-hop, jazz, electronic, classical, metal and lo-fi. Web tracks can run up to two minutes, while tracks made in the mobile apps can run up to three minutes. Audio exports as MP3, and generated tracks have shareable links that listeners can open without an account. The web version requires no signup and offers free generation within a daily limit, with ads. Mobile generation is free without a stated limit, with a short ad on each free song. In-app Premium costs $5.99 a month in the US and includes a monthly allowance of ad-free songs and extra features; ads apply after that allowance. Generation requires an internet connection, though songs already in the mobile library can play offline. Boppy says it uses ACE-Step through deAPI and does not claim ownership of generated music.
