Users choose styles and backgrounds, upload their images, and receive an email when their headshot portfolio is ready. The service offers more than 150 style, outfit, and background options. AI Studio can change clothing and backgrounds, adjust skin and eyes, and remove backgrounds; customers can also request custom edits from human photo editors. Team tools provide a dashboard for inviting members, tracking progress, reviewing results, and managing team photoshoots. Individual plans are one-time purchases: Basic costs 35.00 USD per once, Pro 59.00 USD per once, and Expert 99.00 USD per once. The plans differ in headshot quantities, styles, AI edits, and support response targets. BetterPic says it does not sell customer data or use uploaded images to train AI models, and deletes images no later than 30 days after delivery or approval. It also lists SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and ISO 27001 credentials.
