What BasedLabs is
BasedLabs is a freemium service for creating AI images and videos with more than 50 models. Image tools include text-to-image generation, reference images, and editing, with PNG, JPG, and PSD outputs and commercial use included. Its model lineup also covers video generation, upscaling, music generation, voice transformation, and editing. An online editor can trim, join, edit, and enhance videos without a download. The TikTok generator turns an idea or URL into a vertical 9:16 clip from a script or link, while the homepage promotes reusing a designed character in daily videos. Credit usage varies by model and output settings, and video costs increase with duration. One-time credit packs can be paid by card or cryptocurrency, starting at $10, paid once for 300 credits. BasedLabs offers web, API, and iOS access. Enterprise plans add shared workspaces, analytics, custom workflows, security measures, priority support, and a 99.9% uptime SLA.
