先说结论：“无法识别您的指纹”不一定代表传感器坏了。若“指纹识别（Windows Hello）”选项仍然存在，先清洁手指和传感器、使用 PIN 登录，再删除并重新录入指纹；若指纹选项消失或 Windows 找不到兼容的扫描器，则应重点检查设备驱动、生物识别服务、BIOS/固件、增强型登录安全（ESS）和硬件检测。
不要先删除 PIN，也不要直接清空 TPM 或删除 Windows Hello 的凭据文件。先确保密码或 PIN 可用，再按照下面的故障层级逐步处理。
先判断：你遇到的是哪一种故障

“识别失败”表示 Windows 看到了传感器并收到了扫描，但扫描结果与已注册模板不匹配；“检测失败”则表示 Windows 根本没有可用的 Windows Hello 生物识别设备。两者的修复路径不同。

开始前：先保留登录通道
- 在锁屏界面选择登录选项，点击 PIN 图标，测试 Windows Hello PIN。
- PIN 不可用时，按提示使用账户密码或“我忘记了 PIN”。
- 确认至少有一种可用的备用登录方式后，再删除已保存的指纹。
- 公司或学校电脑不要自行关闭 ESS、修改组策略、清除 TPM 或调整 BIOS 安全设置，先联系 IT。
- 更新 BIOS、固件或驱动时连接交流电源。
建议记录以下信息：电脑准确型号、Windows 版本和版本号（可运行 winver）、最近安装的更新、错误原文，以及设备是内置传感器、键盘/显示器附件还是 USB 外接设备。
五分钟安全修复
1. 清洁传感器和手指
- 用干燥、柔软、无绒布轻轻擦拭传感器。
- 擦干手指，避免乳液、油脂、水分、灰尘或汗液。
- 使用录入时的同一根手指，手指平放并施加稳定、适中的压力。
- 改变角度，尝试覆盖指腹边缘，而不要只碰指尖。
手指受伤、脱皮、肿胀、过度干燥或近期指纹发生变化，都可能导致暂时性失败。不要使用溶剂、磨砂清洁剂、过多液体或尖锐物品清洁传感器。微软也建议清洁并擦干传感器、重新注册指纹，并注册多个手指：Windows Hello 常见问题和故障排查。
2. 删除并重新录入指纹
打开设置 > 账户 > 登录选项 > 指纹识别（Windows Hello）。中文翻译、按钮名称可能因 Windows 11 版本和设备而略有不同。
- 用 PIN 验证身份。
- 选择现有指纹旁的删除。
- 重启电脑。
- 回到同一页面，选择设置或添加手指。
- 按照提示从多个角度录入。
- 再添加第二根手指作为备用。
重新录入只适用于 Windows 已经检测到传感器并能与它通信的情况。如果“设置”按钮不存在，或设备根本没有被识别，应直接进入驱动和设备检测步骤。
如果选项仍在，但指纹一直被拒绝
检查更新和 OEM 驱动
- 打开设置 > Windows 更新，选择检查更新，安装后重启。
- 进入高级选项 > 可选更新 > 驱动程序更新，查看是否有相关驱动。
- 同时访问电脑制造商的官方支持页，按准确型号下载指纹、芯片组、平台安全控制器和固件包。
Windows Update 显示“驱动已是最新”并不代表 OEM 的完整平台驱动已经安装。内置传感器优先使用 Dell、Lenovo、HP、Surface 或其他电脑制造商针对该型号提供的包，不要使用随机的“驱动更新器”网站。

在设备管理器中查看传感器
- 右键点击开始，选择设备管理器；也可以按
Win + R，输入devmgmt.msc。 - 展开生物识别设备。
- 查看指纹设备是否带黄色感叹号、被禁用、显示为未知设备，或出现在其他类别中。
- 被禁用时右键选择启用设备。
- 设备存在但异常时，先选择更新驱动程序，随后安装 OEM 官方驱动。
必要时右键设备选择卸载设备，但通常不要勾选删除驱动程序选项。重启后让 Windows 重新检测设备；如果准备进行更彻底的重装，应先下载并保存准确的 OEM 驱动包。微软在其 Windows Hello 增强型登录安全排查文档中也介绍了设备卸载、重启和生物识别服务检查。
重启 Windows Biometric Service
按 Win + R，输入 services.msc，找到Windows Biometric Service，右键选择重新启动，并确认服务没有被禁用。该服务的内部名称是 WbioSrvc。

net stop wbiosrvc && net start wbiosrvc如果命令因权限、策略或服务控制状态而失败，不要反复强制操作，回到图形界面或联系管理员。这个命令不是所有故障的通用修复。
必要时重新创建 PIN
如果 Windows 反复显示“在开始使用 Windows Hello 前，必须输入 PIN”，或者 PIN 在某些场景可用、但指纹录入始终无法完成，可能是 Windows Hello 的 PIN 状态损坏。

- 先确认账户密码或其他恢复方式可用。
- 打开设置 > 账户 > 登录选项。
- 展开PIN（Windows Hello），按情况选择我忘记了 PIN，或删除并重新创建 PIN。
- 重启后重新录入指纹。
不要把删除 Ngc 文件夹当作普通用户的“终极修复”。这需要修改权限，可能删除凭据并制造新的恢复问题，不是正常的首选步骤。
如果指纹选项消失或找不到兼容扫描器
安装完整的 OEM 软件包
重装 Windows、重大功能更新、BIOS 更新、主板/键盘更换后，系统可能只安装了通用驱动，缺少指纹控制器依赖的芯片组、Serial I/O、ControlVault 或安全控制器组件。按准确型号从制造商官网下载并按说明安装：
- 芯片组驱动。
- Serial I/O 或平台驱动（如果厂商列出）。
- 指纹/生物识别驱动。
- 安全控制器或 ControlVault 固件（适用于相应 Dell 机型）。
- BIOS/UEFI 更新。
Dell 的官方排查资料特别提到 Windows 更新、BIOS、驱动、芯片组固件和 SupportAssist；Lenovo 和 HP 则应按完整机型或产品编号获取驱动，而不能只按“ThinkPad”或“Pavilion”等系列名称判断。
检查 BIOS/UEFI
按电脑制造商说明进入 BIOS/UEFI，查找Fingerprint、Biometric、Security device或内部设备访问相关设置，确认指纹设备已启用。保存后重启。只使用官方 BIOS 文件，不要刷入非官方固件。
如果是 Surface Pro 指纹键盘，微软建议断开并重新连接键盘；其他可拆卸键盘、扩展坞或 USB 读卡器也应重新连接，并直接插入电脑而不是通过无源集线器。

Windows 11 的 ESS：外接读卡器必须单独检查
增强型登录安全（Enhanced Sign-in Security，ESS）是外接 Windows Hello 摄像头和指纹读卡器常见的兼容性因素。某个产品标注“支持 Windows Hello”，并不等于它支持 ESS 所需的安全设备连接和驱动/固件要求。
在 Windows 11 24H2 及更新版本，相关入口通常是设置 > 账户 > 登录选项 > 其他设置 > 增强型登录安全。在 23H2 中，可能显示为使用外部摄像头或指纹读取器登录。不同版本、分阶段推送、设备类型和组织策略可能导致你看不到完全相同的选项。
关闭 ESS 可能让旧的外接读卡器恢复工作，但这不是默认修复方案：它会降低该设备的安全保护，而且微软说明关闭 ESS 可能删除现有 ESS 注册信息及相关凭据，包括可能需要重新配置的 passkey。公司设备还可能通过策略隐藏或锁定该设置。仅在个人设备、明确了解后果并确认读卡器不兼容时，才把它作为兼容性测试；优先寻找支持 ESS 的驱动、固件或设备。参考微软的 第三方 Windows Hello 设备说明和 ESS 技术要求。
外接指纹读卡器的额外检查
- 确认产品明确写明支持Windows Hello 指纹登录，而不是只写“USB 指纹扫描器”。
- 确认有适用于 Windows 11 的官方驱动，并检查是否支持 ESS。
- 读卡器直接连接电脑，绕过扩展坞、无源 USB 集线器和可疑的 USB-C 转接器。
- 更换 USB 端口；检查设备是否在插拔时于设备管理器中出现或消失。
- 确认 Windows 架构。ARM 设备的兼容性可能不同，必须核对具体型号，不能把同一产品系列一概而论。
- 企业电脑还可能禁止外接生物识别设备。
微软的驱动签名文档提醒：通过签名或生物识别要求并不保证设备在每一种硬件、驱动、策略和 Windows 配置下都能正常工作。参考：Windows Hello 指纹驱动签名。

更新后失效：如何回退而不降低安全性
- 打开设置 > Windows 更新 > 更新历史记录，确认问题出现时间。
- 先安装之后发布的累积更新（如果有）。
- 安装电脑制造商当前的指纹驱动、芯片组、固件和 BIOS。
- 重启并重新注册指纹。
- 只有在更新明显导致故障、且选项仍可用时，才考虑设置 > 系统 > 恢复 > 返回。
不要把卸载安全更新或永久阻止 Windows 更新当作常规解决方案。更新后的暂时性回归和长期驱动不兼容，需要分别处理。

TPM、BIOS 与 Windows Hello：谨慎处理高级恢复
TPM 状态变化、BIOS 安全设置调整或凭据迁移可能同时影响 PIN 和指纹录入。但不要把清除 TPM 当作普通修复步骤。清除 TPM 可能影响 BitLocker、Windows Hello、证书及其他安全凭据；如果确实需要执行，必须先确认 BitLocker 恢复密钥已保存，并遵循 OEM 或微软针对该型号的指导。
同样，不要随意修改注册表、删除 Windows Hello 凭据存储或执行来源不明的脚本。此类操作可能让用户失去登录凭据，且不能修复已损坏的传感器、固件或组织策略。
不同品牌电脑的处理重点
- Dell：按 Service Tag 获取指纹驱动、ControlVault 固件、芯片组和 BIOS，并参考 Dell 的指纹读取器排查指南。
- Lenovo：按完整型号从 Lenovo 支持页或官方更新工具获取指纹驱动，不要用相近机型的包。
- HP：使用准确产品编号下载驱动；同一商业系列可能采用不同传感器。
- Surface：检查 Surface 固件和键盘连接，并参考微软的Surface Windows Hello 排查指南。
什么时候可以判断硬件可能坏了
当以下情况同时成立时，硬件故障的可能性明显上升：
- 传感器既不出现在设备管理器，也不出现在 BIOS/UEFI。
- 使用正确的 OEM 驱动、固件和 BIOS 后仍然没有检测结果。
- 可拆卸键盘或外接读卡器存在松动、断连或接口损坏。
- OEM 硬件诊断工具报告生物识别设备错误。
- 在已知正常的 Windows 安装上也完全无法工作。
这时停止反复重装服务、删除凭据或修改注册表。内置传感器应联系厂商保修或维修；外接读卡器则核对保修并考虑更换。
是否值得购买外接 Windows Hello 指纹器
先修复原有设备，再考虑购买。购买前确认六点：明确支持 Windows Hello、支持 Windows 11、支持你的 Intel/AMD/ARM 架构、必要时支持 ESS、拥有官方驱动和固件、具备可接受的退换货政策。
例如，Kensington VeriMark Desktop Fingerprint Key 的官方页面列出 Windows Hello、FIDO U2F/FIDO2/WebAuthn 支持和 USB-A 连接，但页面同时提示 Windows ARM 电脑的限制，且不能据此推断它一定适合 ESS 环境：官方产品页。Kensington VeriMark IT 页面则声称支持 Windows Hello for Business、ESS 和安全设备连接协议，同时列出 Intel 与 ARM 支持，但应按具体型号和当前库存核实：产品资料。
BIO-key EcoID III 官方资料称其面向 Windows 10/11、使用 Windows Biometric Framework，并通过 USB-C（附 USB-A 转接头）连接；购买前仍应确认你的 ESS 要求和架构兼容性：官方产品页。不要把旧款产品在 2016 年的历史价格当作当前报价。
如果你的真正需求是登录 Microsoft 账户、浏览器或支持 WebAuthn 的服务，而不是用指纹解锁 Windows 锁屏，非生物识别 FIDO2 安全密钥可能更省心。它不会解决 Windows 锁屏指纹登录需求，但可避开湿手指、传感器注册和部分 ESS 兼容问题。
