Windows 11では、Teams会議中にタスクバーから開いているウィンドウを直接共有できます。対象アプリのタスクバープレビューに表示される「共有」ボタンを使う機能で、Teamsの画面に戻らずに共有を始められます。ただし、これはTeams専用アイコンをタスクバーに追加する機能ではありません。Windowsの設定やTeamsの種類、更新状況によってはボタンが表示されないこともあります。
タスクバーのTeams「共有」ボタンとは
この機能は、Teams会議に参加しているとき、タスクバー上のアプリやウィンドウのプレビューから、そのウィンドウを会議参加者に共有するためのWindowsとTeamsの連携機能です。アプリのアイコンにマウスポインターを合わせてプレビューを表示し、そこに現れる「共有」または「このウィンドウを共有」を選びます。
Teamsのアイコンを常時タスクバーへ追加する機能ではなく、デスクトップ全体を共有する機能でもありません。基本的には、選んだアプリのウィンドウだけを共有するため、Teamsの会議画面を前面に戻さずにExcelやブラウザーなどをすばやく見せたいときに便利です。Microsoftはこの機能をWindows 11 Insider Preview Build 22499で発表しました（Microsoftの発表）。

タスクバーからウィンドウを共有する
- Teamsで会議を開始するか、会議に参加します。
- 共有したいアプリのウィンドウを開いておきます。
- タスクバーで、そのアプリのアイコンにポインターを合わせます。
- 複数のウィンドウがある場合は、共有したいウィンドウのプレビューにポインターを移します。
- プレビューに表示された「共有」または「このウィンドウを共有」を選びます。
表示されるボタン名やプレビューの見え方は、WindowsやTeamsのバージョンによって異なる場合があります。Microsoftのタスクバーのカスタマイズ手順でも、開いているアプリにカーソルを合わせて会議参加者へウィンドウを共有する方法が案内されています。

共有を停止する、または対象を変える
共有中は、共有対象のウィンドウのタスクバープレビューを開き、「共有を停止」などの操作が表示されていれば選択します。別のウィンドウのプレビューから共有を切り替える操作が表示される場合もありますが、その表示や動作は環境によって異なります。停止や切り替えの操作が見つからないときは、Teams会議画面に戻って共有コントロールを確認してください。
キーボードで操作する
Microsoftのアクセシビリティ案内では、会議中にWindowsキー＋Tを押してタスクバーへフォーカスを移し、方向キーで開いているアプリを選ぶ方法が紹介されています。キーボード操作やスクリーンリーダーを使う場合は、タスクバーから会議コンテンツを共有する手順を参照してください。

共有ボタンを表示する設定
この機能のオン・オフは、TeamsではなくWindowsのタスクバー設定で切り替えます。
- タスクバーの空いている場所を右クリックし、「タスクバーの設定」を選びます。
- 「タスクバーの動作」を展開します。
- 「タスクバーから任意のウィンドウを共有する」をオンにします。共有操作を表示したくない場合はオフにします。
Windowsの更新状況によって設定名が多少異なることがあります。Microsoftのタスクバー設定の説明と、Windows 11の設定項目に関するMicrosoft Learnの記録も確認できます。

共有ボタンが表示されないときの確認
- Teams会議に参加しているか：この共有操作は通常のデスクトップ利用中に常時表示されるものではありません。まずTeamsの通話または会議に参加してください。
- 共有対象のウィンドウが開いているか：タスクバーにプレビューが出るアプリを開き、目的のウィンドウのプレビューを確認します。複数のウィンドウを開いているアプリでは、共有したいものを選びます。
- Windows側の設定がオンか：「タスクバーの設定」→「タスクバーの動作」で「タスクバーから任意のウィンドウを共有する」を確認します。
- 利用中のTeamsの種類を確認する：職場・学校用と個人用では機能の提供状況が同じとは限りません。初期のWindows Insider発表では、職場・学校用Teamsへの対応が案内され、個人用TeamsのChatへの対応は後から予定されていました。現在も、アカウントや提供状況によってボタンが出ない可能性があります。
- WindowsとTeamsを更新する：Windows UpdateとTeamsアプリの更新を確認し、Teamsを完全に終了してから再起動します。
- 通常のTeams共有を使う：タスクバーにボタンが出なくても、会議画面の「共有」から共有できます。
機能の有無はWindowsの構成、Teamsクライアント、アカウント種別や段階的な提供状況によって異なります。Microsoftも、Windowsの一部機能はPCの構成によって利用可否が変わるとしています。したがって、Windows 11なら全端末・全アカウントで必ず使える、あるいは特定のTeamsプランなら必ず使えるとは限りません。
タスクバー共有とTeams画面からの共有の違い

Teams会議画面からの共有では画面全体や特定のウィンドウなどを選べます。選択肢の詳細はTeams会議でコンテンツを発表するMicrosoftの案内を確認してください。タスクバー共有は、そのうち開いているウィンドウを選ぶ手間を減らすショートカットと考えると分かりやすいでしょう。

誤共有を防ぐための注意
- 共有を始める前に、選んだプレビューが正しいアプリとウィンドウか確認します。
- メール、チャット、個人情報が映る画面や通知を表示したままにしないようにします。
- ブラウザーのウィンドウを共有すると、そのウィンドウ内の別タブや内容が見える可能性があります。見せたくないタブは閉じるか、共有専用のウィンドウを使います。
- 画面全体の共有とウィンドウ共有を取り違えないようにします。不要なアプリや通知まで見せたくない場合は、特定のウィンドウだけを選びます。
- 複数モニターや複数のウィンドウを使う会議では、共有中の対象が想定どおりかを会議画面で確認します。
- タスクバー上の操作が紛らわしい、または誤クリックが心配なら、Windowsの設定でこの機能をオフにできます。
なお、タスクバー上で共有中のウィンドウを視覚的に示す表示は、MicrosoftがWindows Insider Build 22557で追加を発表した機能です（Build 22557の発表）。実際の表示は環境によって異なるため、目印だけに頼らず、会議画面でも共有対象を確認してください。
