Windows 11で「アクティビティセンター」を探しているなら、通知を見る通知センターと、Wi-Fiや音量などを切り替えるクイック設定を使います。Windows 10では通知とクイックアクションがアクション センターにまとまっていました。本記事ではWindows 11を中心に、通知をアプリ別に整える方法、応答不可やフォーカスの使い分け、Windows 10との違いを説明します。
「アクティビティセンター」はどの機能？
「アクティビティセンター」は、現在のWindowsで共通して使われる正式名称ではありません。Windows 10では通知とクイックアクションをまとめた「アクション センター」、Windows 11では通知センターとクイック設定を指していることがあります。Windows 11では、通知を見る場所と即時設定を切り替える場所が分かれています。

Windows 11の開き方は、Microsoftの通知センターとクイック設定の案内でも確認できます。タッチ対応PCでは、画面端からのスワイプで開ける場合もあります。

クイック設定には、PCの構成やWindowsのバージョンに応じて、Wi-Fi、音量、明るさ、Bluetooth、機内モード、バッテリー節約、アクセシビリティ、画面投影などが表示されます。すべてのPCで同じ項目が出るわけではありません。

- Windows + Aを押してクイック設定を開きます。
- 鉛筆アイコンまたは編集ボタンを選びます。
- 追加ボタンで利用可能な設定を追加します。
- 不要な項目はピン留め解除・削除の操作で外します。
- 項目をドラッグして使いやすい順に並べ替え、編集を完了します。
クイック設定は便利な設定を並べ替えられますが、すべてのWindows機能やアプリ独自の操作を自由に追加できるわけではありません。また、ネットワーク・音量・バッテリーなどタスクバー上の基礎領域そのものを完全に削除することはできません。項目や編集画面の名称は更新で変わることがあります。詳しくはWindowsのタスクバーをカスタマイズする方法を参照してください。
ノートPCなら明るさ、音量、Wi-Fi、バッテリー関連を上位に置き、頻繁に使わないBluetoothや機内モードは下げると操作しやすくなります。
通知を全体またはアプリごとに設定する
Windows 11で通知全体を設定
設定 > システム > 通知を開き、「アプリやその他の送信者からの通知」を確認します。通知の全体スイッチを切ると通常のアプリ通知は抑制されますが、すべてのシステム警告まで一律に消えるとは限りません。

アプリ別に表示方法を変える
同じ「通知」画面でアプリや送信者を選ぶと、利用可能な項目を個別に調整できます。通知を許可するかだけでなく、バナー、通知センターへの表示、音、ロック画面表示、優先度や表示件数も確認しましょう。画面上の項目はアプリやWindowsの更新状況によって異なる場合があります。
- 仕事のチャットやカレンダー：見逃したくないならバナーと通知センター表示を有効にし、音は必要なアプリだけにします。
- メール：通知センターには残しつつ、作業を中断したくなければバナーや音をオフにします。
- ニュース、宣伝、ゲーム：不要ならアプリ通知をオフにするか、バナーだけを止めます。
- 共有PCやプライバシー重視の環境：ロック画面に通知内容を出すかを見直します。
通知センターで通知を閉じたり「すべてクリア」したりするのは、表示済みの通知を消す操作です。今後の通知まで止めるには、設定でそのアプリの通知をオフにする必要があります。通知カードやアプリ名のメニューから通知設定へ移動できる場合もあります。
Windows 10の場合
Windows 10では、通知設定は設定 > システム > 通知とアクションにあります。送信者ごとに通知のオン・オフなどを設定できます。Windows 10の通常サポートは2025年10月14日に終了しています。PCは引き続き動作しますが、通常のWindows Updateによる無料のセキュリティ修正や技術サポート、新機能提供は終了しているため、現行手順としてWindows 11と混同しないようにしてください。

応答不可で通知を一時的に抑える
Windows 11の応答不可は、通知を時間限定または条件に応じて抑制する設定です。手動で切り替えるには、タスクバーのネットワーク・音量・バッテリー領域からクイック設定を開き、応答不可を選びます。通知を抑制している間も、通知センターで後から確認できる通知があります。

フォーカスは応答不可とどう違う？
応答不可は通知を抑える設定、フォーカスは一定時間の作業に集中するためのセッション機能です。フォーカスではセッション時間を設定でき、時計アプリのタイマー表示や、タスクバーのバッジ・アプリの点滅を抑える設定を利用できます。フォーカスセッションを開始すると応答不可が自動でオンになります。開始前から応答不可がオンだった場合は、セッション終了後もオンのままになることがあるため、作業後に状態を確認してください。詳細はWindowsのフォーカス機能を参照してください。

Windows 10のアクション センターをカスタマイズする
Windows 10では、クイックアクションを設定 > システム > 通知とアクション > クイックアクションの編集から整理します。編集画面で利用できる操作を追加・削除し、ドラッグして並べ替えます。Windows 11のクイック設定を編集する手順とは別です。サポートが終了したOSを使い続ける場合は、更新・セキュリティ状況も確認してください。

通知センターやクイック設定とは別に、タスクバー右端のシステムトレイに表示するアプリアイコンも調整できます。タスクバーを右クリックしてタスクバーの設定を開き、通知領域やシステムトレイの項目を確認します。アイコンの表示・非表示や、表示領域とオーバーフロー領域の整理が可能です。名称や配置はWindowsの版によって異なります。
時計に秒を表示できる設定があるWindows 11の構成もありますが、秒表示は電力消費を増やす可能性があるとMicrosoftは案内しています。ノートPCでは必要性とバッテリー駆動時間を比べて選びましょう。

通知が来ない・表示されないときの確認順
- OSと開くキーを確認：Windows 11の通知センターはWindows + N、クイック設定はWindows + Aです。Windows 10のアクション センターはWindows + Aです。
- Windows全体の通知：Windows 11は設定 > システム > 通知、Windows 10は設定 > システム > 通知とアクションで全体設定を確認します。
- 対象アプリの設定：アプリ別通知がオンか、バナー・音・通知センター表示のうち必要なものが有効か確認します。
- 応答不可とフォーカス：手動設定や自動ルール、セッションが通知を抑えていないか確認します。
- アプリ側の設定：アプリ内の通知設定、プレゼンス状態、バックグラウンド動作を確認します。Windows側が許可していても、アプリ内で通知が無効なら届かないことがあります。
- 管理対象PCか確認：会社や学校のポリシーによって、一部の項目が固定されたり編集できなかったりする場合があります。変更できない場合は管理者に確認してください。
通知センターには残るのにポップアップだけ出ない場合は、対象アプリのバナー設定を確認します。通知音だけが鳴らない場合はWindowsのアプリ別設定に加え、アプリ独自のサウンド設定も見直してください。Outlookなど特定アプリの通知問題では、Windows側とアプリ側の通知設定を確認する手順も参考になります。
編集ボタンや設定項目がない場合は、Windows 10と11の手順を取り違えていないか、PCに該当するハードウェアがあるか、更新や組織の管理ポリシーの影響がないかを確認します。Wi-FiやBluetoothの項目が出ない場合も、機能・ドライバーが認識されているかを先に確認してください。

使い方別の設定の考え方
- 通知を見逃したくない：仕事・家族・カレンダーなど重要なアプリは通知センターとバナーを有効にし、音は優先したいものに絞ります。
- 通知を減らしたい：宣伝やニュースなどをアプリ単位で止め、必要な通知だけを残します。会議中などは応答不可の時間帯ルールも活用します。
- 会議やプレゼンが多い：画面の複製中やフルスクリーン利用中の自動抑制を確認し、必要な通知だけを優先度通知に設定します。
- プライバシーを重視する：ロック画面に内容を表示するアプリを限定し、共有画面に通知が出る状況にも注意します。
- ノートPCでよく切り替える：クイック設定の上位に明るさ、音量、Wi-Fi、バッテリー関連を置きます。
