Sylvox TVs are sold under the Sylvox brand by Sylvox Vision Inc., which describes itself as a U.S.-based company. Regulatory documents identify Shenzhen-based Kontech Electronics Co., Ltd. as the manufacturer of several documented Sylvox outdoor-TV models. That does not prove Kontech builds every Sylvox television currently sold.
The short answer
“Who makes Sylvox TVs?” has three different answers depending on what “makes” means:

Who owns the Sylvox brand?
Sylvox’s franchise site says “Sylvox Vision Inc. is a U.S.-based company” and describes the business as providing “Full-Scene TVs” for outdoor, camping, kitchen and bathroom use. A Canadian trademark record lists SYLVOX VISION INC. as the owner of the Sylvox word mark for televisions, video monitors, digital signage and related electronics. The record gives an address at 475 S Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada.

Trademark ownership establishes control of the brand in that jurisdiction; it does not show that the trademark owner owns a television factory. A brand owner can specify products, software, packaging, weather protection, quality requirements and warranty terms while a contract manufacturer assembles the hardware.
Which company manufactures Sylvox TVs?
A 2025 UK product-security conformity document names Kontech Electronics Co., Ltd., with an address in Shenzhen’s Longhua District, China, as both applicant and manufacturer for a group of SYLVOX-branded outdoor TVs. Listed examples include:
- OT43B1K4GC, OT50B1K4GC, OT55B1K4GC, OT65B1K4GC and OT75B1K4GC
- OT43A2K4GF, OT55A2K4GF, OT65A2K4GF and OT75A2K4GF
- Additional OT and OQ model ranges represented by model-number placeholders in the document
The same document lists SYLVOX alongside other trademarks, including ZINVAX, MISTAAD, GOTHOT, VUESTATION and KONTECH. That may indicate a shared platform or multi-brand production arrangement, but it does not by itself establish the commercial relationship between those brands.

There is also older supporting evidence. An FCC test report issued on August 17, 2021, for the outdoor TV model OT55A0KAGC identifies Kontech as the applicant and lists SYLVOX among the associated brand names. FCC filings apply to the specified equipment and tested sample, not automatically to every later model.

Are all Sylvox TVs made by Kontech?
That has not been verified. The conformity certificate and FCC report prove Kontech’s documented role for particular outdoor-TV models. They do not prove that Kontech makes:
- every current Sylvox outdoor TV;
- kitchen, RV, bathroom or portable models;
- commercial displays or newer products launched after the filings;
- all televisions sold in every country; or
- every internal component or software platform used by Sylvox.
Sylvox’s current range spans outdoor, kitchen, RV, bathroom, portable and commercial products, and its U.S. store lists 2026 Deck Pro 3.0 models in 43-, 50-, 55-, 65- and 75-inch sizes. Different categories or generations can use different factories. Regulatory records can also lag a product launch.
Are Sylvox TVs made in the United States?
The available evidence does not support calling Sylvox televisions U.S.-made. Sylvox describes Sylvox Vision Inc. as U.S.-based, which concerns the company’s business identity and operations. For the documented outdoor-TV models, the named manufacturer is in Shenzhen, China. No supplied evidence establishes U.S. assembly.

Does Sylvox design its own televisions?
Sylvox’s About Us page says the company was founded by “Mr. Golden” and describes more than 15 years of display-technology innovation and product development. Those are first-party company claims. They do not independently establish factory ownership, the percentage of hardware designed internally, a proprietary chassis or mainboard, or whether a model began as an ODM design adapted for Sylvox.
“Designed,” “specified,” “sold” and “manufactured” are separate functions. A brand can contribute engineering and product requirements without physically assembling the set.
How to identify the maker of your exact Sylvox TV
- Record the exact model number from the rear label, carton, invoice or manual. Similar-looking names can represent different generations.
- Read the regulatory label and manual for a manufacturer, applicant, importer, FCC ID, country-of-origin marking and model family.
- Search the FCC ID or conformity certificate, rather than searching only the retail name. Match the complete model number.
- Check the date and scope of the document. A 2021 filing is historical evidence; a 2025 certificate applies to its listed models.
- Ask Sylvox support in writing which legal manufacturing entity applies to your model, and retain the reply with your purchase records.
Retailer and marketplace listings can help identify a model or seller, but they are not reliable proof of the OEM.

Sylvox’s 2026 policy states that standard products generally receive a one-year limited warranty. It lists two years for selected products and the Cinema Pro Series, and three years for commercial displays. The policy also describes an optional paid two-year extended warranty through the official site.

Sylvox says purchases from unauthorized sellers are excluded from its stated warranty coverage. Use the authorized-dealer information, keep the invoice and serial number, and verify coverage before buying from a marketplace seller. The policy lists [email protected] and +1 (866) 979-5869 as support contacts.
Warranty terms are separate from manufacturing origin. A Chinese OEM can build the hardware while Sylvox remains responsible for the consumer warranty, support process and retailer requirements.
How strong is the evidence?
- Strongest: model-specific conformity and regulatory documents naming a manufacturer.
- Useful but narrower: trademark records identifying the brand owner.
- First-party and self-reported: Sylvox’s U.S.-based-company and product-development statements.
- Insufficient alone: retailer descriptions, marketplace claims and generic “designed in” language.
This evidence supports a named OEM for certain models, not a complete public map of Sylvox’s manufacturing network.

Bottom line: Sylvox is best understood as a specialist TV brand operated by Sylvox Vision Inc. Public documents identify Shenzhen-based Kontech Electronics Co., Ltd. as the manufacturer of at least some Sylvox outdoor TVs. Because no source identifies one factory for the entire catalog, verify the manufacturer and warranty eligibility by exact model rather than assuming every Sylvox television comes from the same plant.
