New employee cannot sign in
The account may not have been created or synchronized yet. Other possibilities include an incorrect employee ID, an expired invitation, an employment-status delay, or a regional tenant mismatch. Give HR, IT, or the training administrator your full name, employee ID, work location, the exact error, and—if permitted—a screenshot. Exclude passwords and security codes.
Credentials work elsewhere but this site says access denied
This can be an authorization or provisioning problem rather than a bad password. Usually, the employer’s administrator must assign the correct role or activate the account.
The page will not load
- Recheck the domain and HTTPS spelling.
- Try a current supported browser.
- Temporarily test without an interfering browser extension.
- Use the company network or approved VPN only if Teleperformance requires it.
- Check whether other company systems are also unavailable.
