“Pluh” on TikTok usually is not a word with one official definition. This is a reported origin story, not a proven single first use. Internet slang can develop in parallel, and the available coverage does not establish that BeatPluggz was the indisputable inventor of every later use.

Does “pluh” have an NSFW meaning?
Sometimes, but that is a specific context rather than the default definition. Reporting on a 2023 TikTok meme format describes the “pluh” sound being paired with sexualized or suggestive ASMR-style videos, often over gaming footage such as Valorant, Overwatch or Fortnite. Use the surrounding content to distinguish this variant:
