Snapdrop 支持 Windows 吗？
支持。传统 Snapdrop 是通过浏览器使用的跨平台文件分享工具，不是 Windows 内置功能，也不是 Apple AirDrop 的 Windows 版。Windows 10 或 Windows 11 电脑只要使用支持 JavaScript 和 WebRTC 的现代浏览器，通常就不需要安装专门客户端、扩展或创建账号。经典项目使用 WebRTC、WebSocket 和网页技术；项目仓库也说明经典代码可以自行部署。Snapdrop 项目说明
“免安装”不等于“无需网络”。两端都要打开网页，页面需要 JavaScript，设备发现和传输也需要可用的网络连接。传统 Snapdrop 最适合两台设备在同一个局域网中使用，例如连接家庭主 Wi-Fi。某些衍生服务支持配对或公共房间，但不能把这些功能默认算作传统 Snapdrop 的能力。
先了解 Snapdrop 当前状态

这一区分也关系到隐私：旧项目的技术说明不能自动代表如今公共网站的完整数据处理政策。发送敏感文件前，应查看当前站点的隐私政策、服务条款和页面提示。
使用前的准备
- 浏览器：在 Windows 上使用 Edge、Chrome、Firefox 等现代浏览器，并确保 JavaScript 未被禁用。
- 两端都打开页面：发送和接收设备都要访问 Snapdrop 页面，并在传输期间保持页面打开。
- 尽量使用同一局域网：家庭主 Wi-Fi 通常最省事。公司、学校、酒店和访客 Wi-Fi 可能禁止设备互相发现。
- 留意 VPN、代理和防火墙：它们可能阻止设备发现或 WebRTC 连接。排查时可暂时关闭 VPN 测试，但不要长期关闭 Windows 防火墙。
- 确认目标设备：发送前核对页面显示的设备名称，避免误发给附近的陌生设备。
在 Windows 上把文件发送到另一台设备
- 在 Windows 浏览器中打开 https://snapdrop.net/。
- 在手机或另一台电脑上也打开同一网址，并等待设备出现在页面中。
- 在 Windows 页面中点击接收设备的名称或图标。
- 在文件选择器中选择文件。页面可能显示“Upload Files”或类似控件；按钮名称会随服务界面变化。
- 在接收设备上按提示接受或保存文件。浏览器可能直接下载，也可能先显示确认提示。
- 等待传输完成，再到接收设备的默认下载文件夹检查文件。
从手机传到 Windows 时，操作方向相反：手机选择 Windows 设备并挑选文件，Windows 浏览器接受或保存。接收端应保持页面打开；传输完成前不要关闭标签页或让设备进入睡眠。
能传文件夹或大视频吗？
Snapdrop 当前页面可能显示“Upload Folder”一类控件，但文件夹上传能力和接收方式取决于浏览器及服务版本，不应假定所有浏览器都支持。要发送一批文件或保留目录结构，较稳妥的办法是先把文件压缩成 ZIP，再发送；少量文件则可直接多选。

没有可靠依据可以给当前公共 Snapdrop 服务承诺一个固定文件大小上限。大文件更容易受到网络波动、浏览器限制、设备休眠或公共服务变化影响。传输时保持设备唤醒、使用稳定网络，先用小文件测试；如果经常传数 GB 文件，可考虑 LocalSend、局域网共享或合适的云存储。
找不到设备：按这个顺序排查
- 确认网络没有分流。两台设备尽量连接同一个家庭主 Wi-Fi，而不是一台连接访客网络或手机蜂窝网络。相同 Wi-Fi 名称也不保证设备彼此可见，路由器可能启用了客户端隔离。
- 暂时关闭 VPN 或代理后重试。若关闭后恢复发现，问题可能出在 VPN 路由或网络策略；不要因此长期放弃必要的安全设置。
- 刷新两端页面。关闭旧标签页后重新访问 Snapdrop，确认两端都处于当前页面。
- 检查浏览器设置。确保 JavaScript 未被禁用；可暂时停用严格的隐私扩展进行诊断。
- 检查 Windows 网络和防火墙。家庭网络可在 Windows 网络设置中设为 Private，并确认浏览器网络访问未被防火墙拦截。不要为一次传输而在不可信网络上开启文件和打印机共享。Microsoft 的网络共享排查说明也建议检查网络类型及设备是否连接到同一网络。
- 怀疑路由器隔离时换网络测试。可试家庭主 Wi-Fi或临时手机热点；在公司、酒店、机场和校园网络中，设备隔离可能由管理员控制，用户无法自行解除。
- 换用替代工具。如果希望继续用浏览器，可试 PairDrop；如果接受安装应用，LocalSend 更适合经常传输的场景。
传输慢、中断或接收不到文件
- 不要关页面或让设备休眠：浏览器传输通常依赖页面继续运行。大文件传输时接通电源、暂时延长睡眠时间，并让手机保持活跃。
- 先用小文件判断问题：试传 TXT 或 JPG。小文件成功、大文件失败，通常应优先检查网络稳定性、浏览器限制或服务端限制。
- 改善无线连接：靠近路由器、避开拥挤的公共 Wi-Fi，并尽量使用稳定的家庭网络。不要把特定 Wi-Fi 标准或速度当作成功保证。
- 检查下载位置和确认提示：接收端可能需要点“保存”或批准浏览器下载，完成后检查默认下载文件夹。
- 核验重要文件：对压缩包、视频或安装镜像，检查文件大小；需要更高确定性时，可比较发送端与接收端的校验值。
文件会经过服务器吗？Snapdrop安全吗？
经典 Snapdrop 项目使用 WebRTC 等技术。WebRTC 常用于设备之间建立点对点连接，但设备发现和连接协商可能仍需信令服务；某些网络条件下也可能需要中继。仅凭“使用 WebRTC”不能断言文件永远不经过服务器、服务完全离线或传输具备某种特定端到端加密保证。
尤其是公共 Snapdrop 服务的品牌和产品方向已发生变化，经典开源项目的技术描述不等于当前公共网站的完整隐私说明。即使流程通常不要求注册账号，也不能据此推断服务完全不收集技术日志。发送身份证件、密码数据库、密钥、财务资料或企业机密前，应核对当前服务政策；需要更强控制时，考虑组织批准的工具或自行部署开源方案。Snapdrop 仓库

使用公共网页时，只向自己确认过的设备发送文件；在公共 Wi-Fi 上不要向不明设备传输。传输后关闭页面。不要下载所谓“Snapdrop Windows 下载器”或来源不明的 EXE：传统使用方式本来就是浏览器打开网页。

PairDrop：仍用浏览器，但提供不同功能
PairDrop 是受 AirDrop 启发的跨平台网页文件传输项目，也是 Snapdrop 的分支。其官方说明列出配对设备、临时公共房间等功能；复杂网络下的能力和具体表现以项目与服务当前说明为准。多文件下载可由其处理成 ZIP。不要把这些功能写成传统 Snapdrop 原版一定具备。PairDrop 官方仓库
LocalSend：愿意安装时的本地替代品
LocalSend 是面向 Windows、macOS、Linux、Android、iOS 和 Fire OS 的免费开源应用，官方将其描述为通过本地网络共享文件和消息、不依赖互联网或第三方服务器的工具。它适合频繁传输，但两端都要安装客户端。官方文档提醒，防火墙和路由器 AP isolation 会影响连接，必要时需允许 TCP/UDP 端口 53317。LocalSend 官方仓库

Nearby sharing：两台 Windows 设备之间
在 Windows 11 中可前往开始 > 设置 > 系统 > 附近共享启用功能，再在文件资源管理器中选择文件、点击共享并选择目标设备。Microsoft 的说明也列出 Windows 10 version 1803 及之后版本的旧版要求；但 Microsoft 已于 2025 年 10 月 14 日结束 Windows 10 支持，因此系统版本是否具备功能与系统是否仍受支持是两回事。Microsoft Nearby sharing 说明
Windows 网络共享：适合长期访问，不是一次性快传
如果要持续访问同一个共享文件夹，Windows 网络共享比反复发送文件更合适。Microsoft 的流程包括在文件夹上选择显示更多选项 > 授予访问权限 > 特定人员。这涉及账户权限、网络发现和防火墙设置；只在可信网络上按需配置，不要把它当成公共网络中的临时传输捷径。Microsoft 网络文件共享说明
