The Realme Note 60x was identified in November 2024 certification listings under model number RMX3938. EU, U.S. FCC and Thailand NBTC records pointed to a 4G budget phone with a 5,000mAh typical battery and 10W charging. Realme later launched it in the Philippines, confirming the final specifications: among them a Unisoc T612 processor, 90Hz HD+ display and 8MP rear camera.
What the certifications revealed
In November 2024, reporting on an EU Declaration, U.S. FCC database entry and Thailand’s NBTC certification connected model RMX3938 with the Realme Note 60x. The filings were evidence that a real device was in preparation, not a complete announcement of its retail configuration or availability. Gizchina’s November 22, 2024 report described the certification appearances; My Mobile India’s November 23 report covered the FCC, EU and NBTC details.

Compliance records can establish a model’s identity and disclose selected hardware or radio information. They do not, by themselves, confirm a launch date, retail price, software-update policy or worldwide sale. Realme’s later regional specification pages corroborated many of the reported hardware details.
How the early details compare with the final phone
Realme’s official specifications now provide a clearer picture than the certification-stage reports. The figures below describe the launched phone; memory configurations, network bands and availability can vary by market.

The Philippines product page lists a maximum brightness of 560 nits and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. Realme’s global specifications list up to 4GB physical RAM and 64GB or 128GB storage, while Philippine coverage also reported a 3GB/64GB configuration. “Dynamic RAM” or memory expansion uses storage to supplement memory; it is not additional physical RAM. Why the camera reports conflicted
Some early coverage associated the phone with a 32MP rear camera, while certification-stage reporting also identified an 8MP camera. Realme’s final specification lists 8MP on the rear and 5MP on the front, so 32MP should be treated as an early, superseded claim rather than the phone’s confirmed camera specification.
What IP54 and ArmorShell do—and do not—mean
Realme promotes an ArmorShell design, a reinforced internal structure and testing of components such as the ports and buttons. Those are manufacturer claims, not an independent guarantee against damage. The phone is rated IP54 for dust and splashes; that is not waterproofing and does not make it suitable for swimming or submersion. Note 60x versus Narzo 60x
These are separate Realme phones, not regional names for the same device. The Note 60x is model RMX3938, an entry-level 4G handset powered by the Unisoc T612 and fitted with an 8MP rear camera. The older Narzo 60x is a different model positioned with 5G. The Note 60x is not a 5G successor or a renamed Narzo 60x.

Launch, regional pricing and availability
The Note 60x launched in the Philippines in December 2024. Philippine coverage reported PHP 4,799 for the 4GB/64GB configuration at launch. Later listings reported PHP 4,299 for 3GB/64GB and PHP 4,799 for 4GB/64GB; these are market- and configuration-specific historical prices, not a verified current price elsewhere. Gadgets 360’s Philippine launch coverage and Pinoy Techno Guide’s listing document the launch and configurations. A January 2025 report described a temporary PHP 3,464 introductory offer for the 3GB/64GB model; it should not be read as a current price. Revu Philippines reported that promotion.
The available sources establish regional product pages and Philippine listings, but do not establish official U.S. availability or a U.S. price. Buyers elsewhere should verify local network-band compatibility, warranty and whether a listing is an imported regional variant before purchasing.
Who the Note 60x suits
The specification mix points to basic everyday use rather than demanding games or photography. Its large 90Hz screen, 5,000mAh typical battery, microSD expansion and headphone jack are useful at the entry level. The trade-offs are an HD+ resolution on a 6.74-inch screen, basic 8MP and 5MP cameras, 10W charging and 4G-only connectivity. Android 14 was the launch software; the cited specifications do not establish a later upgrade schedule. That makes it important to judge any purchase by its local price, support and condition, rather than treating the phone as a newly launched current-generation model.
