The best-documented phones with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 782G are the HONOR 80, OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G, OPPO K11 5G, and the China version of the iQOO Z7 5G. The Xiaomi Civi 2S also appears in current chipset databases, but its exact model identity should be verified before purchase.
These are mostly 2022–2023, region-specific phones. The Snapdragon 782G remains capable for everyday apps, 5G, multitasking, and sensible gaming in 2026, but it is no longer a current high-end platform. Exact model number, network bands, software support, battery condition, and regional availability matter more than the chipset name alone.

The Snapdragon 782G is Qualcomm’s 7-series 5G mobile platform, introduced for upper-midrange phones from the 2022 generation. “Processor” is the familiar consumer term, but technically the 782G is a complete system-on-chip and mobile platform: it combines CPU cores, Adreno graphics, an image signal processor, modem technology, connectivity features, and AI processing.

Qualcomm’s documentation identifies support for mmWave and sub-6GHz 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, the Qualcomm AI Engine, and Quick Charge technology. Current chipset listings describe a 6nm process and a maximum listed CPU frequency of approximately 2.7GHz. The precise experience still depends on each phone’s cooling system, memory, storage, firmware, antennas, camera sensors, and charging hardware.

Phone-by-phone details
HONOR 80
The HONOR 80 is one of the clearest Snapdragon 782G matches. HONOR’s China product page identifies the chipset and lists a 120Hz display, a main camera of up to 160MP, a 4,800mAh battery, and 66W wired charging. The phone launched in China in November 2022 with MagicOS 7.0 based on Android 12.
HONOR also describes a design weighing as little as 180g and measuring as little as 7.7mm, depending on configuration and measurement conditions. The advertised camera resolution and slim design make the HONOR 80 interesting on paper, but a high megapixel count is not proof of better real-world photography.
Best suited to: buyers who value the display, camera hardware, and thin design and understand the China-market software and warranty situation.
Check before importing: Google services, supported LTE and 5G bands, carrier features, warranty coverage, and whether the seller is offering the genuine China model.

OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G
The OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G is the most straightforward option for many readers researching this chipset, particularly in markets where it was officially sold. Listings identify the phone as using the Snapdragon 782G, with a 120Hz display, 5,000mAh battery, 80W charging, and a 50MP main camera.

Those are configurations of the same phone, not separate Snapdragon 782G models. The Nord CE 3 should also not be confused with the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite, which uses a different chipset.
Best suited to: buyers who want a conventional midrange phone with a high-refresh-rate display, large battery, and fast charging, provided the phone is officially supported in their market.
Check before buying: current software-patch status, remaining official support, local warranty, exact network bands, and whether the listing is for the Nord CE 3 rather than the Nord CE 3 Lite.
The OnePlus US page for the original Nord is not a Nord CE 3 purchase page; it describes a different Snapdragon 765G phone. Do not use it as evidence of US availability for the Nord CE 3.

OPPO K11 5G
The OPPO K11 5G is a China-focused Snapdragon 782G phone with a particularly large listed battery and fast charging system. Current listings specify a 120Hz display, 5,800mAh battery, 100W charging, and a 50MP main camera. Listed specifications show Android 13 at launch.
Its battery and charging hardware are attractive for buyers who use their phone heavily. However, the advertised charging system may require the correct proprietary or manufacturer-approved charger. Qualcomm Quick Charge support at the platform level does not mean that every phone uses the same charging standard or reaches the same speed.
Best suited to: import buyers prioritizing battery capacity and charging speed.
Avoid or investigate carefully if: you need official US availability, guaranteed carrier certification, familiar Google-service behavior, or simple warranty support.
Smartprix showed an India price signal of ₹21,990 and an “out of stock” status in its August 12, 2026 snapshot. That is not a current universal price or proof of broad availability.
iQOO Z7 5G China
The China version of the iQOO Z7 5G is listed with the Snapdragon 782G, a 120Hz display, a 5,000mAh battery, and 120W charging. The cited listing identifies an 8GB/128GB configuration and Android 13 at launch.
This is the model with the most important naming warning: not every iQOO Z7 uses the Snapdragon 782G. Regional iQOO Z7 phones can use different MediaTek or Qualcomm platforms. A product title that says only “iQOO Z7” is not enough.
Best suited to: experienced import buyers who can verify the exact Chinese model, firmware, Google services, network bands, and carrier compatibility.
Do not buy based only on: the iQOO Z7 name, a marketplace photograph, or a generic accessory listing.
Smartprix showed ₹18,990 and marked the device “upcoming” in its August 12, 2026 listing snapshot. Treat that as a dated India listing signal, not a guaranteed retail offer.

Xiaomi Civi 2S
The Xiaomi Civi 2S appears in some current Snapdragon 782G databases, including Smartprix. Its listed specifications include a 120Hz display, 4,700mAh battery, 66W charging, and a 50MP + 8MP + 2MP rear-camera arrangement. Android 13 is listed for its launch specification.
It should be treated more cautiously than the four models above. The available listing evidence is less consistent, so verify the exact model number and chipset through a manufacturer specification page, the phone’s settings, or a trusted hardware-information tool before paying an import premium.

A Snapdragon 782G phone should handle everyday Android use comfortably when paired with adequate RAM and healthy storage. Browsing, messaging, streaming, navigation, office apps, photography, and multitasking are within its intended range. Its 5G modem and Wi-Fi 6 support also remain useful, subject to the individual phone’s bands and regional carrier support.
Gaming performance is best described as good for sensible settings, not flagship-level. Many games should be playable at medium or high settings depending on the title, resolution, thermal conditions, and the phone’s software. Sustained performance can vary considerably between models because cooling, firmware, storage speed, and battery condition affect results.

Newer Snapdragon 7+ and flagship platforms generally offer stronger sustained performance, newer graphics capabilities, and a longer useful life for demanding games.
Platform features versus phone features
Qualcomm’s specifications describe what the Snapdragon 782G platform can support. They do not guarantee that every finished phone includes every feature.
- 5G: the platform supports mmWave and sub-6GHz technologies, but the phone may omit mmWave or support only selected bands.
- Wi-Fi: Qualcomm lists Wi-Fi 6 through FastConnect 6700, with speeds up to 2.9Gbps under stated conditions. The router, antenna design, region, and firmware also matter.
- Cameras: the chipset supports advanced image-processing capabilities, but manufacturers choose the sensors, lenses, stabilization, camera apps, and video modes.
- Charging: Quick Charge support does not guarantee a particular wattage. A phone advertised at 80W, 100W, or 120W may use a manufacturer-specific system and require its own charger.
- Bluetooth: Bluetooth 5.2 support is listed at the platform level, while the final device and software determine the available profiles and behavior.
Which Snapdragon 782G phone is best?
There is no responsible universal winner because prices, condition, region, and software support change the answer.
- Best practical choice: the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G, where it is locally supported and priced appropriately.
- Best battery and charging proposition: the OPPO K11 5G on paper, but it is primarily an import option.
- Best advertised camera hardware: the HONOR 80, which lists a 160MP main camera. This is not the same as proving the best image quality.
- Fastest listed charging: the China iQOO Z7, with 120W charging in the cited specifications.
- Best used value: whichever model has the healthiest battery, valid local network support, usable software updates, and the lowest verified price. This cannot be assigned permanently without current local listings.
- Best for most US buyers: none should be assumed suitable without checking the exact model’s bands, carrier certification, VoLTE, Wi-Fi calling, warranty, and Google services.
Are Snapdragon 782G phones still worth buying in 2026?
Sometimes. A 782G phone can be worthwhile if it is heavily discounted, has a healthy battery, offers enough RAM and storage, works on your carrier, and still receives usable security updates. A clean refurbished Nord CE 3, for example, may be a sensible inexpensive daily phone in a market where it has official support.
Buying one is harder to justify when a newer phone costs only slightly more. A current device may offer longer software support, better sustained performance, improved modem efficiency, newer camera processing, and more current AI features. Platform age is especially important if you plan to keep the phone for several years.
For a used or imported model, inspect the phone rather than buying by chipset alone:
- Check the current Android version and security-patch date.
- Confirm the manufacturer’s support policy for that region.
- Test battery drain, charging, cameras, speakers, biometrics, and display burn-in.
- Confirm the included charger is genuine and supports the advertised charging speed.
- Verify the IMEI, LTE bands, 5G bands, VoLTE, and Wi-Fi calling with your carrier.
- Check Google Play certification and the availability of Google services where relevant.
- Confirm the return policy, warranty, bootloader status, and replacement-parts availability.
Importing a Snapdragon 782G phone: the main risks
China-market and India-market phones are not automatically global phones. An imported handset may lack the LTE or 5G bands needed by your carrier, may not be carrier-certified, or may have incomplete VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling. Its firmware may also use a different language, app store, update channel, or Google-services configuration.
For US buyers in particular, never assume that Qualcomm’s support for global 5G translates into compatibility with every American network. The finished phone’s antenna design, supported bands, firmware, and carrier provisioning determine whether it works.

Also check the charger. Voltage compatibility is usually manageable with modern charging equipment, but the plug, cable, charging protocol, and genuine power adapter still matter. A phone advertised with 100W or 120W charging may charge much more slowly with an ordinary USB-C adapter.
How to verify that a phone really has Snapdragon 782G
- Start with the manufacturer’s specification page. Prefer an official page for the exact country and model.
- Record the full model number. Do not rely on a shared marketing name such as “iQOO Z7.”
- Compare the chipset with a reliable database. Use databases as cross-checks, not as a substitute for model verification.
- Inspect the phone itself. Android settings or a trusted hardware-information app can identify the installed SoC.
- Check network compatibility before payment. Confirm LTE, 5G, VoLTE, Wi-Fi calling, SIM behavior, and carrier certification.
- Use a seller with a real return policy. This is essential for imported and refurbished phones.
Do not count phones using Snapdragon 778G, Snapdragon 778G+, Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, or Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 as Snapdragon 782G models. Similar names and copied marketplace descriptions are a common source of incorrect lists.
Price and availability notes
Smartprix’s August 12, 2026 list showed these India-specific signals: iQOO Z7 China at ₹18,990 and marked upcoming; OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G at ₹24,999; a Nord CE 3 12GB/256GB listing at ₹23,749; OPPO K11 5G at ₹21,990 and out of stock; Xiaomi Civi 2S at ₹29,990 and out of stock; and HONOR 80 at ₹30,999.
These figures are not US prices, guaranteed current prices, or proof that new stock is broadly available. Storage variants can appear as separate entries, and “upcoming” or “out of stock” labels matter. Availability should be checked in the buyer’s own country immediately before purchase.

Bottom line
The confirmed or database-supported Snapdragon 782G phones are the HONOR 80, OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G, OPPO K11 5G, China-market iQOO Z7 5G, and the less-certain Xiaomi Civi 2S. The chip is still capable for everyday use and moderate gaming, but in 2026 the phone’s age, software support, battery health, and network compatibility are more important than the 782G badge.
For the safest purchase, choose a locally supported model with a verifiable model number and current software. Treat China-market imports as specialist purchases, and never assume that every phone with the same name—or every phone advertised as an iQOO Z7—uses the Snapdragon 782G.
