The pCloud Black Friday 2025 deal has expired. It ran from November 13 to November 30, 2025. pCloud’s official announcement promoted a 3-in-1 lifetime bundle with 5 TB of storage, pCloud Pass, and pCloud Crypto at 60% off; some deal sites called it 62% off. That was a historical offer, not a price you can assume is available now.
What pCloud advertised for Black Friday 2025
pCloud published its Black Friday announcement on November 14, 2025, and gave the promotion dates as November 13–30. The headline offer combined three lifetime products: 5 TB of pCloud storage, pCloud Pass Premium, and pCloud Crypto (also commonly called pCloud Encryption). The official announcement described the bundle as 60% off. Read pCloud’s announcement.
Some contemporaneous deal coverage listed the bundle at $599 against a reference price of $1,563 and described that as 62% off. The arithmetic is about 61.7%, which rounds to 62%; pCloud’s own announcement used 60%. Treat the difference as a discrepancy in discount labeling, not evidence that pCloud officially advertised 62% in that announcement.

The standalone figures come from secondary coverage of the promotion; the official announcement confirms the campaign and bundle but does not establish all those standalone prices. The “up to 62%” headline referred to the bundle’s reported price comparison, not a uniform discount on every pCloud plan.
What was in the 3-in-1 bundle?
- 5 TB lifetime storage: space for files stored and synced through pCloud.
- pCloud Pass Premium: the password-manager service.
- pCloud Crypto: an optional protected area for files intended to receive client-side, zero-knowledge encryption.
Do not confuse Crypto with ordinary pCloud service encryption. pCloud describes standard TLS/SSL protection and AES-256 server-side encryption for its service, but the stronger privacy model associated with Crypto applies to files placed in that separate protected area—not automatically to every file in a regular pCloud account. That separation can add setup and sharing friction, especially when collaborators need access or previews.

How the offer was activated
The likely historical checkout path was to open pCloud’s promotion page, select the bundle or a standalone lifetime plan, sign in or create an account, check the included services and currency, then complete payment and confirm the products appeared in the account. Because the promotion is over, those steps describe the general purchase flow rather than a live Black Friday checkout.

What “lifetime” means—and what it does not
For pCloud’s terms, a lifetime plan lasts for the account owner’s lifetime or 99 years, whichever is shorter. It is a one-time purchase rather than a monthly or annual subscription, but “lifetime” is not a promise that every bundled feature, app, sharing limit, or service will remain unchanged forever. The terms also do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Check pCloud’s terms.
A lifetime storage plan is also not a lifetime backup guarantee. Sync can propagate accidental deletion or unwanted changes, and account access or service availability can be disrupted. Keep another independent copy of important files—ideally using a 3-2-1-style approach with multiple copies on different media and at least one off-site.

Was the $599 bundle good value?
A simple break-even calculation helps, but only if the alternative offers comparable storage and features. Against a hypothetical $10-per-month plan, $599 equals about 60 months of payments, or five years. The reported $279 price for 2 TB would equal about 28 months at that same monthly rate. These comparisons ignore differences in capacity, encryption, sharing, recovery history, collaboration, and future pricing; they are planning tools, not a guarantee of savings.

Who should consider a pCloud lifetime plan?

Capacity alone is not the whole plan. Compare storage with shared-link traffic allowances, device sync, file-recovery history, Crypto-protected storage, and family-member allocations. A large storage quota may not suit a public download workflow if link-traffic limits are restrictive. Likewise, do not assume a family plan works like a shared business pool; confirm how space is allocated and managed before buying.
Current pCloud prices and alternatives
The latest accessible pCloud pricing page displayed lifetime prices of $199 for 500 GB, $399 for 2 TB, and $1,190 for 10 TB, plus a 14-day money-back guarantee. Prices and promotions can vary by location or change, so check the live pCloud pricing page and checkout total before making a purchase. The 2025 Black Friday prices above should not be treated as currently obtainable.
Choose based on your workflow, not just a sale label. Proton Drive and Internxt emphasize privacy-oriented storage; verify their current plans if you want that model. Google One can make sense for Google Photos, Gmail, and Docs users, while OneDrive fits Microsoft 365 workflows. Dropbox is worth comparing for its collaboration ecosystem. These subscription-oriented options may offer integration or flexibility that a one-time storage purchase does not. Icedrive is another provider to investigate if lifetime storage is your priority, but confirm its current terms and support expectations.

Its main attraction was a reported $599 lifetime bundle with 5 TB of storage, Pass Premium, and Crypto; the official announcement called it 60% off, while some coverage rounded the reported price comparison to 62%. Today, judge pCloud on the price and terms shown at checkout. A lifetime plan may be worthwhile for a long-term, multi-terabyte user, but it is not automatically the best choice for collaboration, business controls, or backup resilience.
