Use the official OnePlus India service-center locator to find the current address, phone number, opening hours and available services for your city. OnePlus India’s customer-care number is 1800 102 8411, available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday to Sunday. Check the listing or call before travelling because service-center details, parts availability and pincode coverage can change.
Find the nearest official OnePlus service center
- Open the OnePlus service-center locator.
- Select India if prompted.
- Choose your state, district and city, or allow location access.
- You can also search by service-center name or street.
- Check the result for its full address, local phone number, opening hours and available repair options.
If the locator initially shows no results, select the location manually or enable browser location access. For a distant branch, a foldable phone, water damage, a discontinued model or a parts-dependent repair, call OnePlus before visiting.

Why there is no reliable permanent national address list
OnePlus uses a dynamic locator rather than maintaining a dependable, permanently complete address list on its main support page. Centers can relocate, close, change providers, phone numbers or opening hours, and service availability can differ by branch. The locator is therefore the current operational source.
OnePlus has announced an expanded Indian network of 600+ authorized service centers across 500+ cities. This is a company figure published in a OnePlus Community announcement, not an independently audited count. The specific branch must still be verified in the locator.
Service centers by city: verify each result live
A static table of Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata or Ahmedabad addresses can become inaccurate. Before publication or travel, obtain each entry directly from the official locator and record:

- Exact center name or authorized provider
- Building, mall, floor, shop number, road and pincode
- Local telephone number
- Opening days and hours
- Supported service type, including walk-in, reservation or pickup-and-drop availability
- The date on which the details were checked
Do not use an old service-center PDF or third-party directory as the primary source. An archived OnePlus PDF may be useful for historical cross-checking, but its addresses and phone numbers should be treated as outdated unless reconfirmed.
Do not confuse retail locations with repair centers
These are not automatically the same:
- OnePlus authorized service center
- OnePlus Experience Store
- OnePlus retail store
- Regional retail partner
- OPPO-authorized service center handling OnePlus devices
- Independent mobile-repair shop
A store may sell OnePlus products without performing repairs. Treat a location as official for repair only if it appears in the OnePlus service locator or OnePlus support confirms it. The Experience and Retail directory and Where to Buy page are not substitutes for the service-center locator.

- Walk-in: Take the phone to an authorized center.
- Reservation: Reserve a visit where the branch supports appointments.
- Pickup-and-drop: Request courier collection if your pincode is serviceable.
- Tracking: Track the request online or in the app using the repair reference number.
Walk-in service can be faster and allows immediate inspection, but the branch may not have the required part. Pickup avoids travel but involves courier transit, packaging and longer turnaround. Exact availability varies by location.

Repair times: estimates, not guarantees
OnePlus’s current service page estimates 9–15 business days for pickup-and-drop repair. Time depends on location, courier coverage, inspection and parts availability. An older OnePlus repair page describes some walk-in repairs as taking around 1–2 hours, but this is not a promise of same-day completion.
Ask the center for an estimate before authorizing repair, particularly for foldable phones, display or hinge damage, discontinued models and repairs requiring special-order parts.

What to bring
- The OnePlus phone
- Purchase invoice or other proof of purchase
- IMEI or serial number
- Original box and warranty card if authenticity or warranty eligibility is disputed
- The charger or accessory if it is part of the problem
- Your repair reference number, if a request already exists
Prepare the phone before handing it over
- Back up photos, messages, contacts, files and authenticator data.
- Remove the SIM and memory card, if applicable.
- Sign out of sensitive accounts where practical.
- Follow OnePlus’s instructions about disabling the screen lock for testing.
- Factory-reset the phone when appropriate, but only after completing a backup.
- Photograph the phone from all sides and record existing scratches, dents or cracks.
- Keep the service receipt and repair reference number.
OnePlus warns that data may be lost during repair and may request approval to erase the device. Do not hand over irreplaceable data without a backup.

OnePlus India describes a generally one-year limited warranty for eligible manufacturing defects. Covered repair, replacement, shipping and handling may be free during the applicable warranty period. OnePlus pages use different wording for the start date: the warranty policy refers to the purchase date, while another repair page refers to the delivery date for phones bought on oneplus.in. Confirm eligibility using your invoice, IMEI and the warranty and authenticity checker.

Warranty coverage is not automatic merely because the phone is less than a year old. The policy generally excludes accidental damage, liquid or moisture damage, scratches and dents, normal wear, misuse, unapproved accessories, unauthorized repairs, altered or illegible IMEI or serial numbers, and certain fire, electrical, software, virus, signal or network-related problems. Final eligibility depends on inspection and the applicable terms.

If you bought the phone from Amazon, an authorized retailer or another seller, keep the original invoice and confirm the process with OnePlus or the seller. Do not assume that every third-party purchase follows the same process as a oneplus.in order.
Out-of-warranty repair is available, but it is chargeable. Use the official repair-pricing portal for model- and component-specific information, then request a final quotation before authorizing work. The amount can change after inspection if additional damage is found.
Special cases
Foldable phones
Owners of the OnePlus Open should use the official locator and support channel rather than an ordinary local repair shop. Not every branch necessarily handles foldable displays, hinges or inner-screen repairs; confirm the specific capability first. OnePlus lists dedicated Open-service support through its support page.
Water damage
Liquid damage may be excluded from standard warranty coverage. Avoid repeatedly powering the phone on or aggressively heating it, and check official repair options before using a third-party shop.
No service for your pincode
Pickup may temporarily be unavailable because of operational conditions such as weather, waterlogging or staffing constraints. Try another nearby city in the locator, call 1800 102 8411, and ask whether pickup-and-drop or another authorized branch is available. Never send the phone to an address found only in a third-party directory.
How to verify that a center is official
- Find the location through the official OnePlus locator.
- Match the address, phone number and hours with the current listing.
- Ask OnePlus support to confirm the branch if the listing is unclear.
- Request a formal job sheet or receipt when you submit the device.
- Be cautious if a shop claims authorization but appears only on maps, social media or an old PDF.
“Authorized” does not necessarily mean OnePlus-owned. The expanded network may include authorized providers or OPPO India service locations. The decisive test is listing or confirmation through OnePlus.
