Nomad’s fourth-generation Stand One is a Qi2 25W charging stand that works with Pixel 10 and iPhone 17 phones. The key caveat: Google lists only the Pixel 10 Pro XL for up to 25W wireless charging; the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro Fold are listed at up to 15W.
What is Nomad’s Stand One 4th gen?
It is a 2-in-1 desk or bedside stand: a magnetic Qi2 25W phone charger on the front and a separate Qi charging area rated for up to 5W on the back for AirPods, Pixel Buds and other compatible wireless-charging earbud cases. Nomad says the stand supports MagSafe-compatible devices and Qi2 devices, and supports iPhone StandBy in landscape orientation. That does not mean Pixel phones offer the same StandBy software experience.
Nomad calls the updated standard Qi2.2 and Qi2 25W. These labels refer to its newer, faster charging tier. Ordinary Qi2 products are generally rated up to 15W, so a product marked only Qi2 is not necessarily a 25W charger. The phone must support the faster tier too. Nomad’s product page specifies Qi2 25W for this fourth-generation model.

Nomad’s 25W rating is the charger’s maximum capability, not a promise that every connected phone will draw 25W. Google’s published limits distinguish Pixel 10 models; Apple says compatible iPhone 17 models can reach up to 25W with the appropriate Qi2 25W charger and adapter.

Google introduced Pixelsnap magnetic accessories for Pixel 10, enabling magnetic alignment with compatible Qi2 accessories. Google’s Pixelsnap announcement describes the system, while its charger specifications give the model-by-model power limits. Apple’s conditions are on its Qi2 25W MagSafe Charger page.
“Up to” is important: wireless charging can slow as a phone warms, its battery fills, or alignment and power conditions change. A 25W-capable stand does not make a 15W phone charge at 25W, nor does the rating mean the phone will draw that power throughout a full charge.

What comes in the box, and what does the setup cost?
The stand includes a 2-meter braided USB-C-to-USB-C cable. It does not include a wall adapter: Nomad says to use a 40W USB-C power adapter. The company’s adapter was listed at $35 when checked August 18, 2026; if bought alongside the $129 Carbide or Silver Stand One listed that day, the pre-tax total is about $164. A suitable 40W-or-higher USB-C adapter you already own may avoid that extra purchase, but Nomad’s stated requirement is 40W.

Will it work with a case, and can it charge an Apple Watch?
For the magnetic stand experience, use a case designed for the phone’s magnetic charging system: a Pixelsnap-compatible or Qi2 magnetic case for Pixel 10, or a MagSafe-compatible case for iPhone. Google says its Pixelsnap cases permit wireless charging without removing the case; see Google’s cases and chargers page. A thick or nonmagnetic case may weaken attachment, interfere with alignment, or keep the phone from sitting close enough to charge reliably. Metal plates, wallet attachments, rings and kickstands can also interfere.
The standard Stand One does not have an Apple Watch charger. Nomad’s Stand One Max 4th gen adds a dedicated Apple Watch Fast Charger alongside phone and earbud charging; it was listed at $169 on August 18, 2026.

The Nomad stand is primarily a build and convenience purchase, not a universal speed upgrade. It makes most sense for an iPhone 17 owner who wants a landscape StandBy stand and earbud pad, a Pixel 10 Pro XL owner who values a premium stand, or a household charging phones from both ecosystems. For Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro or Pixel 10 Pro Fold, choose it for magnetic placement and the stand design rather than a 25W speed benefit. If low cost, portability or Apple Watch charging is the priority, its size, price or missing watch charger points elsewhere.
