It’s Anime is a free, ad-supported 24/7 anime channel that launched on Samsung TV Plus in the United States and Canada in July 2025. It is a scheduled live channel, not a full on-demand library: open Samsung TV Plus on a compatible device and search for “It’s Anime,” then check the live guide for what is airing. Channel availability, schedule, and lineup can change.
What is It’s Anime?
It’s Anime is a FAST channel operated by Japanese content distributor REMOW. FAST means free ad-supported streaming television: programming runs on a linear schedule, much like a television channel, rather than letting viewers choose any episode from a complete catalog. Its programming has included newer releases as well as older and classic anime. C21Media described the channel as a 24/7 service when reporting its North American launch.
The Samsung TV Plus launch was announced in July 2025 for the United States and Canada. That launch does not establish availability in every country where Samsung TV Plus operates. Samsung says its channels and compatible devices vary by region and that channel lineups can change; see Samsung’s TV Plus information.
How to find It’s Anime on Samsung TV Plus
- Connect a compatible Samsung device to the internet and open Samsung TV Plus.
- Open the channel guide or search function and search for It’s Anime.
- Select the channel to start its live programming.
- If it does not appear, update the app or device software, check the Samsung Account and region settings, and search the current guide again.
The channel has been reported on compatible Samsung Smart TVs, Galaxy devices, and smart monitors, but support and channel availability depend on device and region. A report in April 2026 listed It’s Anime as channel 3202 on Samsung TV Plus; treat that as a lineup snapshot, not a permanent number. Use the current guide rather than relying on an old channel number. The April 2026 report also covered other platform listings, which do not guarantee the same feed or lineup on Samsung TV Plus.

Is It’s Anime free?
Yes. The channel does not require a separate It’s Anime subscription. Samsung TV Plus is advertised as subscription-free, but it may show ads and requires a Samsung Account, according to Samsung’s service information. The practical trade-off is that viewers watch according to the channel schedule and may need to wait for a rerun rather than selecting an episode at any time.

Does it have simulcasts, subtitles, or English dubs?
It’s Anime has carried newer and first-run titles, and later coverage described selected short-form titles as simulcasts. That does not mean every major seasonal series is available at the same time as Japan. The available service-wide information does not establish one language policy for every show, so verify subtitles, audio tracks, edited versions, and viewing format title by title. Do not assume that an English subtitle option means an English dub is available.
Is It’s Anime a replacement for Crunchyroll?
It’s Anime is best treated as a free supplement for discovery and casual viewing, not a catalog-for-catalog alternative to a subscription service. Its scheduled format and rotating rights suit viewers who are happy to see what is on; a paid on-demand service is a better fit for people who want to search for a particular series, watch complete seasons on their own schedule, or compare language options. Hulu and Netflix also carry selected licensed anime alongside other programming, but their catalogs and rights differ.

- Try It’s Anime if you want free legal viewing, enjoy channel-style discovery, and do not mind ads or waiting for a scheduled episode.
- Choose an on-demand service if a particular franchise, full-season access, reliable episode tracking, downloads, or specific language tracks matter more than avoiding a subscription.
What to do if the channel or a show is missing
A missing listing does not necessarily mean the launch reports were wrong: a channel can be unavailable in a particular region, and program rights or schedules can change. If you cannot find It’s Anime, confirm that you are using Samsung TV Plus on a compatible device, search by its exact name, and check the current guide rather than an old channel number. If the channel is present but a show is not, it may have left the schedule or may air only at particular times.
It’s Anime has also been reported on VIZIO WatchFree+ and has used its YouTube channel for separate releases. These are alternative distribution routes, not evidence that the Samsung TV Plus feed, schedule, or catalog is the same on each platform.
