Navscore is not shown as available in the major app stores in the evidence reviewed. AppBrain records its Android listing as removed from Google Play on January 8, 2022; its last recorded update was December 24, 2021. The iOS app’s disappearance was reported in 2021, but the precise removal date, reason and eventual service status have not been independently confirmed. This is a years-old availability issue, not a verified 2026 takedown.
What was Navscore?
Navscore was a sports scores and statistics app. Archived listings describe features such as live scores, fixtures, match information and statistics, with football competitions including the Champions League, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A and Bundesliga among the coverage. Those descriptions are historical, not a guarantee that the app or its data service still works.
The Android package was listed as com.app.navscore and associated with Black and red Limited in AppBrain’s historical record. An archived iOS listing associated the app with Nav Gem. Third-party directory records are useful for context, but they are not equivalent to current Apple or Google listings.
What the record says about its disappearance

The Android date comes from a third-party app catalogue, not a Google notice naming Navscore. For iOS, the available evidence supports that the disappearance was reported in 2021, but does not establish the exact date or how the listing became unavailable. No verified current official listing or developer restoration announcement is established by these records.

Why was Navscore taken down?
The specific reason has not been verified. Public evidence reviewed does not establish whether Navscore was voluntarily delisted, removed for a platform-policy or legal issue, affected by a developer-account problem, or discontinued. Claims that Apple or Google removed it for piracy, copyright infringement, fraud or malware would go beyond the evidence.
There are several general ways an app can disappear. Apple says apps may be removed for issues including functionality or guideline compliance; its App Store Improvements process can also target apps that have not been updated in three years and have very low download activity, with a 90-day update window in that process. Google says an app may be unavailable because its developer removed it or because Google removed or suspended it for policy or agreement violations. These are platform-wide explanations, not proof of what happened to Navscore.

Apple’s general App Store Improvements information and Google’s guidance on unavailable apps explain those processes. Neither, by itself, identifies Navscore’s case.

Possibly, but store removal and service shutdown are different things. Removing an app from a store does not necessarily erase an installation or turn it off. Whether Navscore still works depends on the device, app version and whether its remote services remain operational.

- Android: Google says a Play Store removal does not automatically uninstall the app from existing devices. Existing users may be able to continue using it, but generally cannot update it through Play while it is unavailable. If they uninstall it, they generally cannot redownload it unless the developer republishes it. A disconnected data feed or other backend can still make an installed copy partly or wholly unusable.
- iPhone or iPad: Apple says apps removed through its App Store Improvements process can remain functional for people who already downloaded them. That does not guarantee every removed app will keep working. Compatibility changes, unavailable servers or other technical issues may prevent use. Check the original Apple Account’s purchase history, but do not assume an old download will install on every current device.
If you still have a working copy, avoid deleting it just to troubleshoot. First check whether its basic features and any score feeds still load. A surviving icon or installation is not evidence that the service is being maintained.
How to look for a legitimate reinstall
- Check the official account history. On iPhone or iPad, look in the App Store purchase history using the Apple Account that originally downloaded Navscore. On Android, check Google Play’s library or app history. Availability can depend on account, country, compatibility and whether the app remains eligible for redownload.
- Verify any result carefully. Confirm the exact name and developer, and for Android compare the package identifier with the historical
com.app.navscorerecord. A search result or download page is not proof of an official, current store listing. - Do not treat an APK mirror as a safe replacement. An old APK can be repackaged or tampered with, request risky permissions, contain outdated components, lack updates, or fail because its data service no longer works. It also does not provide the protections or update path of an official Play listing. Sideloading should not be the default fix, and installing a file cannot restore a discontinued backend.
There is no ordinary App Store route to reinstall an app that is no longer offered to your account, and users should not assume that an unofficial iOS installation method is available or safe.

Sports-score alternatives
If you need a replacement, choose by sport and the kind of information you actually use. The apps below have official websites, but features, app availability and coverage can vary by country. Check the relevant official store listing and current feature details before switching.

Many score apps offer free tracking, with optional paid features or advertising arrangements that may vary. Check current terms in the app or on the provider’s official site; prices and availability can change by country. A score or match-information app should not be assumed to provide legal live video streams.

Do not confuse Navscore with Navmix
Search results also surface Navmix, a similarly named sports app. The available third-party records are not enough to establish that Navmix and Navscore were the same product, shared a developer or used the same service. Treat them as separate unless a reliable source confirms a connection.
