No—Avengers: Infinity War is not streaming on Netflix in the United States. Netflix’s official title page says the movie is currently unavailable in the country. As of August 18, 2026, the film is listed on Disney+ in the U.S., while JustWatch lists digital rental and purchase options through Amazon Video, Apple TV Store, and Fandango At Home.

Is the movie included with Disney+?
Yes. The Disney+ title page places Avengers: Infinity War in the service’s catalog, meaning it is available with a qualifying Disney+ subscription rather than requiring a separate movie rental inside Disney+.

That does not mean the movie is free: you need an active eligible plan. Disney’s U.S. page displayed plans starting at $11.99 per month when checked, but subscription pricing, advertising, bundles, and feature availability can change.
- Already have Disney+: Search for the movie and start playback.
- Want to watch it once: A digital rental may cost less than starting a new subscription.
- Plan to rewatch it or watch more Marvel films: Disney+ may be the more practical option.
- Want a personal digital library: Compare purchase listings from the available retailers.
Why does Netflix have a page for it if the movie is unavailable?
A Netflix title page does not guarantee that a movie can be played in every country. Streaming rights are licensed region by region and may last for limited periods. Netflix can also retain a title page or allow it to appear in search results after the relevant local license has ended.

Older articles, social-media posts, and search results may refer to a different country or an earlier licensing period. A viewer may also mistake the movie’s Netflix listing for actual Netflix availability when the page has no Play button and reports that the title is unavailable.
Netflix explains its regional licensing rules in its Help Center. The U.S. result should not be treated as a worldwide answer: another country may show a different catalog.
How to check Netflix availability yourself
- Open Netflix through the app or website.
- Search for Avengers: Infinity War. If necessary, also try Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War.
- Open the title page if it appears.
- Look for a Play button and the availability message.
For a U.S. viewer, the direct Netflix title page currently says the movie is unavailable in the country. Netflix notes that profile maturity settings, language preferences, and other profile restrictions can affect which titles appear. Its search guidance explains how to find titles and troubleshoot missing results.
If you are traveling, the catalog may change based on your location. Do not assume that a title available in one country will remain available when you cross a border. Using a VPN to bypass regional restrictions can conflict with service terms and may not work reliably.

- Start playback with an eligible subscription.
The official Disney+ listing identifies the 2018 release and shows subtitles or closed captions, audio description, and an IMAX Enhanced indicator. The exact playback quality you receive can depend on your plan, device, app, internet connection, and region. Do not assume that every device or subscription includes 4K, HDR, Dolby Vision, or Dolby Atmos.

Rental access is temporary and normally comes with a viewing period set by the retailer. A purchase generally provides continuing access through that retailer account, but it should not be interpreted as ownership independent of the retailer’s account and service terms.

Retailers may also differ in download support, rental windows, captions, audio tracks, and available video formats. DVD and Blu-ray editions are separate from streaming and may have different availability.
