The iQOO Neo11 did launch in China alongside the iQOO 15 during October 2025, so the original claim was broadly correct—but it is now historical. The final Neo11 features Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite, a dedicated Q2 gaming chip, a 6.82-inch 2K 144Hz display, a 7,500mAh battery, 100W wired charging and an 8,000mm² vapor-chamber cooling system. It remains a gaming-focused value model, while the iQOO 15 is the more expensive flagship with newer silicon and stronger camera hardware.
What the original iQOO Neo11 leak claimed
The original report, published on October 5, 2025, attributed the information to an unnamed tipster and described the specifications as leaked rather than official. It said the Neo11 was expected to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, include a dedicated gaming or display-performance chip, and offer a large battery of around 7,500mAh with 100W wired charging. A 2K high-refresh-rate display, upgraded construction with a metal frame and improved cooling were also expected.
The report said the Neo11 could launch alongside the iQOO 15 in China during October 2025, although a November debut remained possible because iQOO had not announced an exact date at that point. The original leak should therefore be read as a pre-launch forecast, not as an official specification sheet. The original report is available at Gizmochina.

- Choose the Neo11 if gaming performance, battery capacity and performance-per-yuan matter more than camera versatility or international support.
- Choose the iQOO 15 if you want the newer Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 platform, more advanced camera hardware, wireless charging and a more complete flagship package.
- Be cautious with imports: the Neo11 is a China-market phone. Its firmware, network bands, Google-service support, warranty and banking-app compatibility may not match those of a regional model.

vivo’s official specification page lists five China configurations: 12GB/256GB, 16GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB and 16GB/1TB. The published prices are China-market suggested retail prices, not guaranteed import prices. Taxes, shipping, reseller margins, payment fees and warranty coverage can substantially increase the amount paid elsewhere.

The final product page confirms that the leak was directionally accurate. However, that does not make every promotional claim an independently verified test result. iQOO’s launch material cites figures including an AnTuTu score of 3,540,324 points and a claim that the phone can reduce temperature by 15°C in 10 seconds. Those should be treated as iQOO laboratory or marketing claims, not as universal results that every owner will reproduce.
Performance and gaming
The Snapdragon 8 Elite gives the Neo11 flagship-grade processing hardware despite the phone’s lower positioning. The Adreno 830 GPU is paired with iQOO’s Q2 chip, which is intended to support gaming graphics and frame-rate enhancement. The 2K 144Hz display gives the phone the hardware headroom for sharp visuals and high refresh rates.
That combination does not mean every game will render natively at 2K and 144 frames per second. Actual results depend on whether a game supports the relevant refresh rate, the title’s graphics settings, thermal conditions, sustained performance and how the Q2 enhancement system is used. A high-refresh panel also improves scrolling and interface responsiveness, but it does not automatically improve a game whose engine is capped at a lower frame rate.
The 8,000mm² vapor chamber is designed to help sustain performance during longer sessions. As with the benchmark and temperature figures, cooling performance varies with ambient temperature, game workload, case use and charging behaviour while gaming.

Battery, charging and durability
The Neo11’s 7,500mAh battery is one of its clearest advantages over the iQOO 15’s listed 7,000mAh capacity. It should appeal to mobile gamers, travellers and users who prefer endurance over a particularly light design. The phone supports 100W wired charging, although maximum input speed depends on the charger, cable, battery level, temperature and regional bundle. A generic 100W charger should not be assumed to provide the phone’s full proprietary charging speed.
The 7,500mAh figure should be understood in the same way as other manufacturer battery figures: check whether a listing refers to typical or rated capacity. Runtime still depends on display resolution, refresh rate, cellular signal, game workload and background activity.
vivo lists IP68 and IP69 protection. These ratings are not a guarantee against every type of liquid damage. Drops, seawater, ageing seals, high-pressure exposure and conditions outside the certification test can still cause damage, and liquid damage may not be covered by warranty.

The 6.82-inch 2K panel is larger and sharper than the lower-resolution screens often used on value performance phones. Its maximum 144Hz refresh rate is useful for supported games and smooth system animation. Resolution and refresh rate can be adjusted by software or limited by individual apps, so the headline figures should not be interpreted as universal operating modes.

The phone measures 163.37 × 76.71mm. Depending on the colour and version, it is 8.05–8.13mm thick and weighs about 210–216g. That is reasonable for a phone with a 7,500mAh battery, but buyers prioritising one-handed use or low weight should account for its large display and substantial battery.

The Neo11’s larger battery and lower positioning make it the more compelling choice for buyers who want gaming performance at a lower China-market price. The iQOO 15 counters with a newer Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 platform, a Q3 graphics chip, more premium display technology and a more versatile camera system. Its flagship positioning also makes official regional availability and support more likely, depending on the buyer’s country.
iQOO’s global iQOO 15 specification page lists a 6.85-inch 144Hz display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 7,000mAh battery, 100W charging, IP68/IP69 protection, Android 16, OriginOS 6 and storage up to 16GB/1TB. China and global specifications should not be treated as interchangeable.

What “launching with the iQOO 15” meant
The phrase referred primarily to the Chinese launch cycle. vivo’s China product pages place both the Neo11 and iQOO 15 in the October 2025 release window. It did not establish that the Neo11 would launch simultaneously in India, the United States or every other international market.

The iQOO 15 had a separate India timeline, with an iQOO community announcement identifying November 26, 2025, as its India launch date. That regional launch should not be used as proof that the China-only Neo11 received the same treatment. The India announcement concerns the iQOO 15.
Risks of importing the China Neo11
- Warranty: China-market devices may lack local manufacturer service, and an overseas seller’s return or repair policy may be your only protection.
- Network bands: Confirm the exact 4G and 5G bands against your carrier. A phone working on one network does not guarantee full compatibility elsewhere.
- Firmware: The Chinese model may use a China-specific OriginOS build with different preinstalled apps, update schedules and regional features.
- Google services: Do not assume Google Play, Android Auto or every Google service will be configured exactly as on a regional model.
- Notifications and banking: Background restrictions, certification and firmware region can affect push notifications, contactless payments and banking applications.
- Charger and plug: The supplied charger may use a Chinese plug. Check voltage compatibility and whether a local adapter or compatible charging brick is required.
- Accessories: Buy a case and screen protector specifically for the Neo11; cut-outs and dimensions may differ from similarly named models.
Before ordering, compare the seller’s dead-on-arrival policy, return window, customs handling, repair process and stated software configuration. A lower China price is not equivalent to a local retail price once these factors are included.
Which phone should you buy?
Choose the Neo11 if you are a gaming-first buyer
The Neo11 makes the most sense for a China-based buyer or experienced importer who values the Snapdragon 8 Elite, Q2 gaming hardware, 2K/144Hz display and 7,500mAh battery. It is especially attractive if its real delivered cost is substantially below the iQOO 15 and you are comfortable managing the software and warranty trade-offs.

The iQOO 15 is the stronger choice for buyers who want the newest processor, more capable camera hardware, premium display positioning, wireless charging where available and broader regional support. Its higher price buys more than a small performance increase: it also reflects its flagship imaging, connectivity, software and market positioning.
Consider the Neo10 for a lower-cost regional option
The iQOO Neo10 may be a better value where it is officially sold at a lower price. Its listed hardware includes Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, a 7,000mAh battery, 120W charging and a 1.5K/144Hz display. It is less suitable for buyers who specifically want the Neo11’s Snapdragon 8 Elite platform or 2K resolution.
Bottom line
The iQOO Neo11 leak was largely accurate: the phone launched in China in October 2025 with the predicted Snapdragon 8 Elite, dedicated gaming hardware, 2K high-refresh display, 7,500mAh battery and 100W charging. The important update is that this is no longer a pending launch story. The Neo11 is the gaming-focused value alternative, while the iQOO 15 is the better fit for buyers who prioritise newer silicon, cameras and official regional availability.
