The iQOO Neo10 Pro+ is no longer just a leaked phone. It launched in China on May 20, 2025, and the most important April 2025 leak claims were largely correct: it has a 6.82-inch 2K-class AMOLED display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite, a dedicated Q2 gaming chip and 120W wired charging. However, the final battery is 6,800mAh equivalent rather than the rumored 7,000mAh, and the camera system is less ambitious than some early reports suggested.
For performance-focused buyers, the Neo10 Pro+ is a powerful China-market phone. For importers, OriginOS, carrier compatibility, warranty support and the USB 2.0 port deserve as much attention as the headline specifications.

What the original iQOO Neo10 Pro+ leak claimed
An April 25, 2025 report based on information attributed to tipster Digital Chat Station described a phone with a 6.82-inch flat 2K OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Elite, 120W charging and a battery potentially larger than 7,000mAh. The reported model number was Vivo V2463A. A preliminary Geekbench listing was also said to show Android 15 and up to 12GB of RAM.

The leak additionally mentioned a possible dual-chip platform and cameras consisting of a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP secondary camera and a 16MP selfie camera. The tipster’s Weibo post was reportedly deleted, so these details were claims rather than official specifications. Gizmochina’s original report documented the preliminary information.

The official specification page is the appropriate reference for the final hardware. It is more reliable than the pre-launch reports for resolving differences such as the battery and camera configuration.
Display: 2K resolution, LTPO and 144Hz
The Neo10 Pro+ uses a 6.82-inch AMOLED panel with a 3168 × 1440 resolution, 510 pixels per inch and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. iQOO describes it as a Q10 2K display using 8T LTPO circuitry. LTPO can allow the display to vary its refresh rate more efficiently than a panel locked to a high fixed refresh rate, although battery savings depend on the software and what is shown on screen.
iQOO also lists 4,500 nits of local peak brightness and 1,800 nits of global excitation brightness. “Local peak” matters: 4,500 nits is not a claim that the entire screen continuously operates at that level during ordinary use. The panel also supports 2,592Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and the phone includes an ultrasonic 3D fingerprint sensor. iQOO’s product page provides the company’s display and gaming claims.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite supplies flagship-tier processing hardware, paired with an Adreno 830 GPU. The Chinese specification page lists two performance cores running at up to approximately 4.32GHz and six cores at up to approximately 3.53GHz. Memory options reach 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra, while storage goes up to 1TB UFS 4.1.
The phone also includes iQOO’s Q2 gaming/display chip and a 7K vapor-chamber cooling system. iQOO promotes the Q2 chip for frame generation and super-resolution, including claimed 2K-plus-144fps gaming modes.
That does not mean every game renders natively at 2K and 144fps. Results depend on the game, supported mode, thermal conditions and whether frames are generated or rendered directly by the GPU. A display capable of 144Hz and a chip capable of assisting frame generation are not the same thing as guaranteed native 2K/144fps performance in every title.
Battery and 120W charging
The final phone uses a dual-cell battery rated at 6,800mAh equivalent typical capacity. The official page lists 25.98Wh typical energy and 25.26Wh rated energy. This is the clearest correction to the original leak: the frequently repeated 7,000mAh figure was a pre-launch estimate, not the final official capacity.
120W wired charging is included. iQOO claims that the phone can reach 70% in 25 minutes under its stated test conditions, but that is a manufacturer figure, not an independent test result. The company also notes that charging power changes dynamically. Actual results depend on the supplied charger and cable, battery level, temperature, charging mode and other conditions. The phone supports 100W PPS and related 100W PD charging capabilities depending on the charger and package.
Cameras: performance first, not camera versatility
The rear system consists of a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization and an 8MP ultrawide camera. The front camera is 16MP, and the official specification lists rear video recording up to 8K.
The 8MP ultrawide is a meaningful compromise. Some pre-launch coverage suggested a more ambitious dual-50MP arrangement, but the final official specification says 50MP plus 8MP. Buyers who mainly want gaming performance may accept that trade-off; photographers looking for a strong ultrawide or telephoto camera should be more cautious.

USB 2.0 is an unusual limitation on a high-performance phone. It can be adequate for charging and routine data transfers, but it is a poor fit for users who regularly move large videos to external SSDs or connect fast accessories.

These are China launch prices, not U.S., Indian or European retail prices. Import taxes, shipping, reseller margins, warranty terms and currency movements can substantially change the amount an overseas buyer pays. Gadgets 360’s launch report also lists the China pricing and launch details.
Availability and import risks
The Neo10 Pro+ launched in China, and the official Chinese product page was shown as out of stock when checked in August 2026. The sources available for this article do not establish an official U.S. release, U.S. retail channel or U.S. warranty support.
The phone launched with OriginOS 5 based on Android 15, rather than necessarily the software experience used by iQOO models sold in other regions. Import buyers should confirm:
- Whether Google Play and Google Mobile Services work as expected.
- Android Auto, banking apps and DRM compatibility.
- Available languages and notification behavior.
- Whether updates are delivered reliably outside China.
- LTE and 5G band compatibility with the intended carrier.
- Warranty coverage, repair options and return conditions.
- Whether the charger and cable are included.
- That the listing is specifically for model V2463A and not another Neo10 variant.
Buyers should also check the screen protector. iQOO warns that unsuitable third-party tempered glass can affect ultrasonic fingerprint recognition and recommends an original or compatible protector.
Who should consider the iQOO Neo10 Pro+?
It is a strong fit for an enthusiast who prioritizes gaming performance, a high-resolution high-refresh display, a large battery and fast wired charging. The Snapdragon 8 Elite, Q2 chip, cooling system, 2K-class panel and memory options give it a compelling performance-focused specification.
It is a weaker choice for a mainstream U.S. buyer who wants official local support, predictable Google and Android Auto compatibility, broad warranty coverage or a camera system built around more than a basic ultrawide. It is also a poor fit for anyone who needs fast wired data transfer or specifically requires wireless charging, which is not established by the supplied official specifications.
Verdict
The original headline was broadly right about the iQOO Neo10 Pro+’s display, processor and charging. The important corrections are that the launched phone has a 6,800mAh-equivalent battery rather than 7,000mAh, and a 50MP-plus-8MP camera system rather than the more optimistic dual-50MP rumor.
As a China-market gaming phone, it offers an unusually strong combination of Snapdragon 8 Elite performance, a 2K 144Hz LTPO display, Q2 gaming assistance and 120W charging. As an import, however, its software, network support, warranty and USB 2.0 port make it a specialist purchase rather than an uncomplicated recommendation.
