In Threads for Android or iPhone, open your profile and tap Followers. Stay on the Followers tab to see who follows you, or tap Following to see the profiles you follow. Meta documents this route in its Threads help page; labels and placement may vary by app version.
View the accounts you follow

Open Threads and tap your profile picture or Profile icon in the bottom-right corner.

On your profile, tap Followers below your profile information.

Tap the Following tab at the top of the list.

If a search field is available, search for an account; otherwise, scroll through the list. Tap an account to open its Threads profile.
See who follows you

Open your profile and tap Followers.

Keep the Followers tab selected. It lists accounts that follow you.

Tap an account to open that person’s profile and view the controls available for that relationship.

Someone appearing in your Followers list does not necessarily mean you follow them back. Also, the Following account list is not the Following feed: the feed shows posts from accounts you follow. Meta describes that feed separately in its Threads launch overview.
Check whether someone follows you back
Threads may show a relationship label when you view an account, but the available evidence does not establish a universal, dedicated filter that lists every account you follow that also follows you. If you do not see a mutual-follow label or filter, check the relationship on individual profiles. Avoid giving your login details to third-party follower-tracking services for this basic check.

Manage an account from its profile
Opening an account from either list takes you to its Threads profile. Depending on the account and the controls shown in your app, you may be able to follow or unfollow it, manage post notifications, remove it as a follower, or block it. Meta documents opening a followed profile from Profile → Followers → Following and choosing Notifications to manage post notifications in its help instructions.
Remove a follower or block an account
If Threads offers a remove option, use it to take an account off your follower list. Removal is not the same as blocking. Blocking is the stronger restriction: Meta says a blocked profile cannot find your profile or content on Threads. See Meta’s blocking guidance for details. The exact controls shown can depend on your account settings and app interface.
Why a list may look incomplete
Your own Threads lists and the lists you can see on another person’s profile do not necessarily have the same visibility. Meta says people can generally see the followers and following of a public Threads profile, while approved followers have access to those lists for a private profile; other privacy limits can also affect what appears. See Meta’s information about Threads profile visibility. A private profile may require approval, and you cannot bypass its privacy settings.

Also check that you are looking at Threads relationships, not Instagram’s: the services are connected, but an Instagram Following list is not a substitute for your Threads Following list.

If you do not see the Followers control

Make sure you are viewing your own Threads profile, not the feed, search results, notifications, or another person’s profile.

Update Threads from your device’s app store, then close and reopen the app.

Return to your profile and check the control again. Labels or placement can differ between app releases.

If the control is still absent, check that Threads is using the account you expect. Sign out and back in only if you have confirmed you can access the account credentials; otherwise, report the issue through Threads’ in-app help or problem-reporting option.
About the older Privacy menu instructions
Some older walkthroughs use Settings → Privacy → Profiles You Follow. That route may appear in some interfaces, but Meta’s documented Android and iPhone instructions use the profile page: Profile → Followers, then the Followers or Following tab.
