Use an AI agent workflow: give one tool a clear brief, let it draft lyrics and a song, review each section on your phone, then revise with targeted prompts. A practical low-cost chain is Prompt Maschine or RHYMEBOOK for the brief, SongIntent for lyric and structure work, and Suno, Udio or Mureka for the audio render.
What An AI Agent Workflow Needs
An agent-style session works best when you split the job into small instructions instead of asking for “a song” once. Define the listener, emotion, tempo, sections, vocal point of view and ending. Keep a short decision log so every new prompt preserves what already works.
- Brief: audience, occasion, genre direction, mood and one sentence of story.
- Song map: intro, verse, pre-chorus, chorus, bridge and outro, with the purpose of each section.
- Music direction: instruments, energy changes, vocal delivery and approximate tempo. Ask the service to confirm any unsupported control on its own site.
- Revision rule: change one variable per attempt, such as chorus wording or drum energy, so you can compare results.
Step 1: Write The Agent Brief On Your Phone
- Open Prompt Maschine or RHYMEBOOK and write the song goal in plain language.
- Add a section plan, such as “Verse 1 shows the problem, chorus gives the promise, bridge changes the point of view.”
- Specify original lyrics, the vocal perspective and any words that must stay unchanged.
- Ask for two contrasting directions, then keep the one whose chorus is easiest to remember.
Prompt Example
“Create an original upbeat song for a commuter saving money on a budget phone. Use verse, pre-chorus, chorus, verse, chorus, bridge and final chorus. Keep the chorus to four short lines, use a first-person voice, and leave space after each chorus for an instrumental hook. Give me two mood options and explain the difference in one sentence.”

Step 2: Tighten Lyrics And Structure
SongIntent

RHYMEBOOK
RHYMEBOOK can generate and refine lyrics by genre, mood, theme and structure. Its rhyme tools cover perfect, near and multisyllabic rhymes in 24 languages, and it works on web, iOS and Android. The free plan provides 25 AI suggestions, three Ghostwriter chats, one demo and five transcription minutes per month, so reserve those uses for the lines you are most likely to keep.
Prompt Maschine
Prompt Maschine offers 15 section types, rhyme and rap-flow modes, audio analysis, and integrations with Suno and Udio. Free users get three generations per day. Use it to turn your approved lyric into a production prompt, then paste that prompt into the music generator.

Step 3: Render The Song
Suno
Suno generates songs with vocals, lyrics, instrumentation and production, and supports editing, remixing, extensions, section replacement and stem export. It is available on web, iOS and Android. The free plan gives 50 credits per day and an eight-minute audio upload limit, but it does not include commercial rights or stem separation. Paid plans start at $8 per month; Pro lists 2,500 credits per month and 20 song downloads per month.

Udio
Udio creates vocal or instrumental songs from text prompts and lyrics, with lyric editing, voice-reference blending, extension and transformation tools, and Sessions timeline editing. Its free plan lists 10 daily credits and 100 monthly credits; paid plans start at $10 per month, with a 7-day trial. During the stated transition period, audio, video and stem downloads are disabled, so check the current status before choosing it for a downloadable release.

Mureka generates complete tracks from text, lyrics, styles or reference audio and supports remixing, extensions, vocal generation, voice cloning, multitrack editing, stem separation and audio/MIDI export. Its Basic Music & Speech plan is listed at $8 per month when billed annually at $96 and includes 400 songs monthly, 200 minutes of speech monthly, 48 topical tracks and 10 concurrent jobs. Mureka Studio and up to 12-stem splitting are reserved for Premier.
Step 4: Revise Like An Agent
- Listen once for the chorus melody and write one concrete issue, such as “the second line is crowded.”
- Send a surgical instruction: “Keep the arrangement and vocal tone. Replace only chorus line two with eight syllables and the same rhyme.”
- Make a second pass for arrangement: “Keep lyrics unchanged. Lower energy in verse two, then add a short instrumental lift before the final chorus.”
- Save the best version and record why it won, so later prompts do not undo the decision.

Suno’s free plan specifically excludes commercial rights. Use only lyrics, recordings and reference audio you control. Get permission from a person before using their voice or a recognizable voice reference; Mureka lists voice cloning and Udio lists voice-reference blending. Do not assume a generated cover, sample or cloned performance is cleared.
