The quickest legitimate way to earn Microsoft Rewards points is to complete every free activity shown on your Rewards dashboard, then collect Bing search points gradually as you browse. Add mobile or Xbox activities only if they appear for your account and fit your normal routine. There is no dependable instant-points trick: offers, limits, and rewards vary by account and country, and search spam or automation can put earning at risk.
The fastest legitimate daily routine
- Open the Rewards dashboard. Go to rewards.bing.com and sign in to the Microsoft account you intend to use for earning and redemption.
- Complete the Daily Set. Do each item shown, then look for available quizzes, polls, reading activities, and other offers in the earn or points-breakdown area.
- Use Bing naturally throughout the day. Search for things you actually want to know rather than firing off a batch of meaningless queries.
- Check supported extras. If your dashboard offers mobile or Edge activities, use them only if they suit your normal setup. Xbox players can check their Rewards experience for current quests.
- Shop only when you already planned to. Before buying, confirm that the offer is visible, the item and purchase channel qualify, and you are signed in to the right account.
- Check your balance and activity. Confirm that points posted before assuming an activity failed; the dashboard is the best place to see current offers and account-specific totals.

How many points can you earn?
There is no reliable universal daily total: available activities and limits depend on market, account level, and the offers currently shown to you. Microsoft’s Rewards FAQ states that Level 1 members can earn search points for up to 10 searches per day, while Level 2 members can earn for up to 30 searches per day. Treat those as Microsoft’s stated FAQ figures, not a promise that every search will credit or that every account will see identical limits; your dashboard and local terms take precedence. What Level 2 changes
Level 2 is an account status, not a paid upgrade. Microsoft says it can offer additional Bing earning potential, Microsoft Store points, redemption savings, and exclusive offers. The requirements and benefits can vary or change, so check your dashboard rather than assuming a fixed multiplier.

Make Bing searches count without triggering limits
Search points are a repeatable part of the routine, but not every query necessarily earns a point. Sign in to the intended Microsoft account and pace genuine searches across the day. On mobile, possible methods include the Bing app, Bing as the default search engine, Microsoft Launcher on Android, or Edge mobile offers; availability differs by market. Use only methods your dashboard actually offers.
Microsoft advises against rapid back-to-back searches, repeated letters or numbers, meaningless search strings, rapid article clicking, or using bookmarks specifically to accumulate points. Do not use bots, macros, emulators, VPNs, proxies, or location spoofing to accelerate earning. Use Daily Set activities, streaks, and promotions
The Daily Set and other dashboard activities are usually the quickest tasks to finish because they are short and listed together. Complete what is currently available, then use the green checkmark as confirmation that a Daily Set item registered. Point values and promotions can change; use the live listing rather than relying on an old total quoted elsewhere.

Xbox activities are worthwhile for existing players
Xbox users can earn through selected games, quests, and other activities listed in the Xbox Rewards experience. Offers and schedules are dynamic, so check the current Xbox Rewards page or Rewards area and complete only what your account lists. Xbox Rewards is available only in specific countries, including the United States; availability should not be assumed worldwide. Microsoft’s Xbox Rewards support page covers availability and earning.
Do not buy a console, game, subscription, or accessory just to earn points. The purchase cost will generally outweigh the value of the points.

When shopping points make sense
Microsoft Store points can be a bonus on an eligible purchase, but only when the purchase was already planned. Confirm the offer before checkout, check exclusions and qualifying purchase channels, and stay signed in to the correct account. Xbox Store purchases do not earn points in every country or region. The current terms on the Microsoft earning page and the offer itself control eligibility.

Protect your account while earning
- Use one genuine account with accurate information; do not create or maintain multiple accounts to multiply personal earnings.
- Earn from your normal country and redeem in the region associated with your account. Do not use VPNs, proxies, or cross-region activity to access another market’s offers.
- Do not automate searches with bots, macros, emulators, scripts, or other tools.
- Use the dashboard’s displayed offers and limits rather than trying to force credit through spammy activity.
Microsoft’s regional availability information explains why earning methods, limits, and redemption catalogs differ by market. A phone number may be required for redemption; Microsoft does not accept VoIP numbers for that purpose.

Why searches or activities may not credit

Redeem points carefully
- Open the Rewards dashboard and choose Redeem.
- Review the rewards available in your account’s market, then check the point cost and reward details.
- Complete phone verification if requested. A mobile or landline number may be required; VoIP numbers are not accepted.
- Use Order History to retrieve a code or link, or check an order’s status.
Some gift cards may be temporarily unavailable. If verification fails repeatedly, review the error and account details; after too many unsuccessful phone-verification attempts, Microsoft says you may need to wait 48 hours. Rewards orders are generally final and cannot be returned for points except in limited circumstances, such as a defective product or rights required by law; see the refund and exchange policy.
What points are worth and when they expire
Microsoft says Rewards points have no cash value and that it usually takes approximately 5,000 points for something worth about $5. That is a rough illustration, not a fixed exchange rate: redemption costs, offers, and catalogs vary by region and over time. Microsoft says points expire after 12 months without earning activity; promotional balances can have separate expiration terms. Check the earning terms and redemption terms for your account.
