If a Fall Guys costume, skin, Show-Bucks pack, or other DLC is missing, do not buy it again. Fully close and restart the game and your platform, verify that the store transaction is completed on the correct account, install or re-download the add-on, and use the platform’s license-repair option where available. Epic says an entitlement can take up to 24 hours to update. If it is still absent after those checks, contact the store that processed the payment first, then Fall Guys Player Support with your receipt and account details.
First, identify what “missing” means
Different symptoms require different fixes:
- The real-money pack is not visible anywhere.
- The costume is owned but difficult to find in customization.
- The store shows the purchase, but the add-on is not installed.
- The item appears on one platform but not another.
- The payment is pending, canceled, refunded, declined, or tied to another store account.
- An older pack is no longer listed for new purchase.
- The product is promotional, pre-order, or platform-exclusive and has limited usage rights.
Check all owned costume and component categories, not only the current shop. A pack can contain separate upper and lower costume pieces, a pattern, emote, banner, nameplate, or currency. Menu labels can change with game updates, so search the complete owned inventory after relaunching.
Check the purchase before changing anything
- Open the transaction history for PlayStation Network, Xbox, Nintendo eShop, Steam, or Epic Games Store.
- Confirm the order is marked completed or successful, not pending, canceled, refunded, or declined.
- Confirm the purchasing store account is the one currently launching Fall Guys.
- Save the receipt, order number, purchase date, and product name.
- Do not repurchase the pack while the entitlement is being investigated.
Epic says a completed purchase may take up to 24 hours to update. A payment authorization or receipt alone does not prove that the in-game entitlement has finished synchronizing.

Quick fixes that apply to every platform
- Fully close Fall Guys rather than leaving it suspended.
- Restart the console or PC.
- Install any pending Fall Guys or launcher update.
- Launch the game from the account that made the purchase.
- Check the platform’s downloadable-content or add-on list.
- Relaunch Fall Guys after installation or account synchronization finishes.
- Allow up to 24 hours for a recent completed transaction to appear.
These steps come from Epic’s current missing DLC and Showbucks guidance; restarting is a synchronization attempt, not a guarantee of recovery.

Epic Games Store
- Open the Epic Games Launcher.
- Sign in to the Epic account that paid for the content.
- Launch Fall Guys from that account.
- If the item is not visible, close and relaunch the game after the purchase has finished processing.
Verify the purchase is associated with the correct Epic account and that the linked platform account is the one you are using.

Steam
- Restart Steam and wait for the purchase to finish processing.
- Check that any associated downloadable content is installed.
- Launch Fall Guys from the Steam account that owns the DLC.
- Restart the game again after installation or account synchronization.
Epic’s current guidance does not specify a separate Steam license-repair command; account, download, and synchronization checks are the relevant first steps.
PlayStation
- Close Fall Guys.
- Open Settings.
- Go to PlayStation Network/Account Management.
- Select Restore Licenses.
- Restart Fall Guys and check the owned customization inventory.
Restoring licenses can refresh a stale entitlement, but it will not correct a wrong account or a regional incompatibility. Epic specifically warns that PlayStation game and DLC regions may need to match.

Xbox
- Open My Games & Apps.
- Highlight Fall Guys and press the controller’s Menu button.
- Select Manage Game and Add-Ons.
- Select Fall Guys.
- Ensure the relevant DLC items are selected for installation.
- Confirm the installation, then relaunch the game.
Nintendo Switch
- Open Nintendo eShop with the account that purchased the DLC.
- Open the account menu and choose Re-download.
- Select the Fall Guys DLC and choose the orange download icon.
- Make sure the console has enough free storage.
- Relaunch Fall Guys when the download completes.
Check the Epic Games account and primary profile
Cross-platform progression is attached to an Epic Games account, but the first platform linked to that account can become the primary profile. Its costumes, nameplates, and progress may therefore be the profile you see after linking. The official explanation is available in Fall Guys’ cross-platform progression guidance.

If one platform has the DLC and another does not, do not assume every purchase transfers automatically. Fall Guys directs players with different platform inventories to Player Support. Do not unlink accounts casually: unlinking can change the active primary profile and make the original inventory harder to identify. Document the account links and obtain support guidance before making an account change.
Check region restrictions
For PlayStation in particular, the store region of the game and the DLC can matter. A game or disc from one region may not accept add-on content bought from another region, even when the purchase is visible in the store account. Reinstalling will not fix a region mismatch.

Fall Guys has previously announced that some DLC packs would be removed from direct purchase on Steam and PlayStation, with their costumes potentially appearing in the in-game store later. That historical policy is described in Fall Guys’ store and currency announcement.
There is an important distinction:
- Never purchased: a pack may no longer be available as a direct DLC purchase; check current in-game availability.
- Previously purchased: a missing store listing does not prove the entitlement was revoked. Use the receipt and transaction history and troubleshoot the account or license.
Cabined accounts are usually not the explanation
Epic says Cabined Accounts retain previously purchased or earned Fall Guys content. They can restrict some features, including certain new real-money purchases, until parental consent is provided, but they generally do not hide a skin that was already purchased or earned. When to contact support
Escalate after the transaction is completed, the correct store and Epic accounts are confirmed, the DLC is installed or re-downloaded, Fall Guys has been restarted, and 24 hours have passed. Contact the payment store first if it cannot see or validate the order. Then contact Fall Guys Player Support through Epic.

- Do not buy the DLC again before the first entitlement is checked.
- Do not unlink an Epic, console, or Steam account impulsively.
- Do not delete local save data as a first step.
- Do not treat a missing shop listing as proof that a previous purchase was lost.
- Do not send only a locker screenshot; provide transaction and account evidence.
