Short answer: X does not offer a native “select all” or “delete all posts” control. Circleboom can bulk-delete your X posts, but to reach older history beyond its documented roughly 3,200-post recent-access window, you should request your X archive and upload its tweet.js file. Deletion is permanent, so preserve a backup before confirming anything.
Before deleting your X history
Bulk deletion cannot be reliably undone through Circleboom. Download and keep your X data archive in a safe location before uploading it. Also save any important media, links, announcements, legal records, credentials, or portfolio posts separately.
Confirm the connected username carefully, particularly if you manage multiple X accounts. Decide whether “all tweets” means only original posts or also your replies, retweets/reposts, media posts, and quote posts. Circleboom’s labels and categories can change, so inspect the controls shown in your account.
Does X let you delete all tweets natively?
No. X supports deleting posts individually, but it currently does not provide a native bulk “delete all” or “select all” option. Manual deletion is reasonable for a handful of posts, but it is impractical for hundreds or thousands. Deleting the entire X account is a separate action and is not an equivalent solution if you want to keep the account, followers, or profile identity.

Why you need the X archive for older posts
Circleboom’s live/API-based workflow is aimed at recent posts and documents a practical access window of roughly 3,200 posts. That is not an absolute statement about every X interface, but it means a live list may not represent your complete history.
The X archive supplies the older record. Circleboom’s archive workflow uses the tweet.js file to identify older tweets, replies, and retweets for deletion. Without it, a large cleanup may leave years of posts untouched.

How to request your X archive
- Open X settings.
- Go to Your account and select Download an archive of your data. Labels may change as X updates its settings.
- Request the archive and wait for X to prepare it.
- Download the archive and locate
tweet.jsinside it.
Circleboom’s materials variously estimate delivery at about 24 hours or roughly 24–48 hours. Treat that as an estimate, not a guarantee. Keep the original downloaded archive; do not treat the copy uploaded to a service as your only backup.
Step-by-step: delete all tweets with Circleboom
1. Connect the correct X account
Open Circleboom Twitter Management, sign in, and use its authorization flow to connect X. Verify the displayed username before proceeding. Circleboom describes this as an official authorization/API workflow and identifies itself as an Official X Enterprise Developer; those are Circleboom’s claims, not a guarantee that an account can never be restricted or affected by future X policy changes.

2. Open the deletion tool
In the Circleboom X product, look for Essential Toolbox → Delete Tools → Delete Tweets. Depending on the account, plan, or interface version, the control may be called Delete All Tweets or appear under My Tweets.
3. Upload tweet.js
Choose the archive-based deletion option if it is available, upload the tweet.js file from the correct X archive, and wait for Circleboom to parse it. Stop if the file is missing, the archive belongs to another account, or the displayed history looks wrong.

4. Select the content types
For a genuinely broad cleanup, check the available options for:
- Original tweets/posts
- Replies
- Retweets or reposts
- Media posts
Do not assume a generic “delete all” action includes every category. Quote posts may be classified differently in the current interface, so verify how Circleboom presents them before confirming.
5. Apply filters—or remove them for a full wipe
For a selective cleanup, Circleboom documents filters for date, keywords, hashtags, language, media, and engagement-related thresholds. For example, you could delete posts before a rebrand date or posts containing a former employer’s name while preserving newer work.

6. Review the deletion set
Review the total count and sample posts from different years. Check replies as well as original posts, confirm the username, and look for important links or records. If your account shows an Approve & Delete stage or Protect List, use those controls to retain selected posts—but confirm that they are present and configured correctly in your version.

Submit the deletion only after the review. Circleboom says posts are removed individually with pauses, so the process may run as a queue rather than finish instantly. Timing depends on volume and demand. Its help documentation cites up to 14,400 tweets per day under its described X API conditions; that is a vendor-provided figure, not a guaranteed rate.
8. Verify the result
After processing completes, revisit your X profile and search representative dates, usernames, and keywords. If the result is incomplete, compare it with your archive and check whether replies, retweets, filters, or newly published posts were omitted.
What Circleboom can—and cannot—remove
Circleboom can potentially remove posts made by your account when the relevant content types are selected. That can include original posts, replies, retweets/reposts, and media-containing posts.
It cannot remove posts made by other users. Deleting your original post also does not guarantee removal of screenshots, quoted commentary, search-engine snippets, cached pages, third-party archives, or embedded copies. Other users’ posts discussing or quoting your content may remain.

Deleting posts is different from deleting the account itself: it targets your posting history, not necessarily your profile, followers, or account continuity.
How long does deletion take?
Small cleanups may finish quickly, but large archives can take substantially longer because Circleboom processes deletions individually and must operate within X’s availability and rate conditions. Do not close the account or assume the job is complete until Circleboom reports completion and you have checked the profile.

“Delete All Tweets” is missing
Make sure you are using Circleboom Twitter rather than Circleboom Publish. Check Essential Toolbox, Delete Tools, and My Tweets; then confirm that X is connected and that your plan includes deletion. Circleboom’s plan documentation says its free tier previews features, while deletion services may require a paid plan.
Older posts do not appear
Request a fresh archive, locate tweet.js, upload it through the archive-delete workflow, and wait for parsing to finish. A live recent-post list alone may not expose your older history.
The archive upload fails
Confirm that you selected tweet.js, not another JSON or HTML file. Re-download the archive if it may be incomplete, use the current web dashboard rather than an outdated tutorial path, and contact Circleboom support if a valid file is rejected. Do not assume an error code or supported format that the service has not documented.

The deletion is incomplete or delayed
Allow the queue to finish, check the selected post types and filters, compare the result against the archive, and search the X profile directly. Locked, suspended, deactivated, or otherwise inaccessible accounts may not work with a normal authorization/API workflow.
You changed your mind
Stop before final confirmation if possible. After submission, do not assume cancellation is available. If posts have been deleted, you may be able to manually recreate content from your backup, but original timestamps, URLs, engagement, and conversation context will not be restored.
Circleboom pricing and who should use it
Circleboom is most useful for accounts with hundreds or thousands of posts, older history, or a need for date, keyword, media, language, or engagement filters. Manual deletion is a better fit for a few highly selective removals because it avoids a third-party connection and archive upload.
Circleboom’s pricing page, checked August 16, 2026, displayed a Limited plan at $12.99 per month when billed annually and approximately $16.24 per month on its displayed monthly pricing, with higher plans also shown. Prices, taxes, billing cycles, plan names, and features can change by region or over time, so check the current pricing page before paying. Choose a deletion-focused plan rather than paying for unrelated scheduling or analytics features unless you need them.
Bottom line
Circleboom is a practical way to bulk-delete an X posting history, but the safe workflow is not simply one click: request and preserve the archive, upload tweet.js for older posts, select every content type you intend to remove, review the set, then confirm and verify completion. Treat the deletion as permanent and remember that copies made by others may survive.
