Big Fish Games currently handles password changes through its password-reset flow. Open the Big Fish Games sign-in page, choose Forgot Your Password?, enter your account email, and use the emailed link to create a new password.
Change your Big Fish Games password
- Go to the Big Fish Games account and sign-in page. The page may need JavaScript enabled; if it is blank, try another current browser.
- Select Forgot Your Password?.
- Enter the email address associated with your Big Fish Games account and select Next.
- Open the password-reset email from Big Fish Games.
- Select the reset link in the newest message. Do not use an older link if you have requested several emails.
- Enter and save a new password, following the requirements displayed by the form.
- Return to the website or Game Manager and sign in with the new password.
Big Fish’s currently documented instructions use this reset route rather than publishing a separate, reliably verifiable “Change password” menu. You do not need to enter your old password in the documented process, but you do need access to the account email.
Password requirements
Big Fish’s sign-in help page lists a minimum of 10 characters, including at least one number and one special character. A newer Game Manager update says password complexity has increased without publishing the complete rule set. Use a longer, unique password with uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and follow any live validator or error message if the older minimum is rejected.

If the reset email does not arrive
- Check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and other filtered folders.
- Search for “Big Fish Games” or
[email protected]. - Make sure you entered the email address actually linked to the account. If you have several addresses, try each one separately; Big Fish does not automatically merge accounts.
- Add
[email protected]and[email protected]to your safe-senders list. - Wait briefly, then request another message if the page offers that option.
Do not repeatedly submit separate tickets for the same problem. If you need to add information to an existing request, Big Fish asks you to reply to its confirmation email.
If the reset link is expired or loops
Request a fresh email and open the newest message. Copy the link into the same browser used to request the reset. If it opens the wrong account or repeatedly redirects, try a private/incognito window, then clear Big Fish-related cookies and cached data and restart the browser. Big Fish specifically identifies stale cookies or cache as a cause of sign-in loops and incorrect-page problems. No specific link-expiration period is published, so request a new link rather than relying on an old message.

When Game Manager still rejects the new password
Password recovery starts on the website, but the desktop client can still prevent a successful sign-in. Big Fish’s updated Game Manager instructions reference version 4.0.0.14 for access to accounts and games through that client.

- Windows/PC: Open Game Manager, select Options, open About, and choose Check for Updates.
- Mac: Big Fish’s July 2026 instructions say to uninstall the Game Manager, then download a game trial to install the updated version.
After updating, close and reopen Game Manager, sign out if necessary, and sign in again with the new password. Click Sign In directly rather than relying on the Enter key if the form does not submit. If the website accepts the password but the client does not, clear browser cookies/cache when the client opens a browser login and contact support.

If you no longer use the account email
If you remember the old address, Big Fish says it can still be used to sign in even when that mailbox is no longer active. Once signed in, you can update the account email to an address that is not already registered.
If you cannot remember the account email, use Big Fish Customer Support. Support may ask for your first and last name, the first four and last four digits of the payment card, and your billing address to locate the account. Never send the full card number. Big Fish says typical responses take about 24–72 hours, although actual timing varies.

Games, purchases, account details, and membership rewards belong to the particular Big Fish account used to sign in. Separate accounts cannot be automatically merged, so try likely email addresses individually instead of creating another account.
These instructions apply to the Big Fish account used on its website and PC/Mac services. Some mobile games are distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another vendor and may use that store account—or may not require a Big Fish account at all.
After you reset the password
- Use a password that has never been used elsewhere.
- Change the password on any other service where you reused the old one.
- Review purchases, payment details, and membership status for anything unexpected.
- Contact Big Fish Support if you see unauthorized purchases or cannot correct account details.
- Do not share the reset link or your new password.
The official pages referenced here do not establish that Big Fish offers two-factor authentication or that changing a password signs out every device, so do not assume either behavior.

For unresolved access, use Big Fish Games Customer Support. Include the account email you tried, the exact error, and relevant troubleshooting details, while omitting any full payment-card number.
