Quick verdict: The DTNO.1 DT Watch 10 is a genuine low-cost smartwatch with a large AMOLED screen, an advertised always-on mode, Bluetooth calling and local media playback. It is appealing at roughly $40, but conflicting listings for resolution, storage, battery life and water resistance make it a cautious purchase—not an Apple Watch or Wear OS substitute.
What the DT Watch 10 is
DTNO.1 sells the DT Watch 10 as a fashion smartwatch in standard 46 mm and Mini 42 mm sizes. Listings also call it DT Watch 10 (Watch X), DT Watch 10 AMOLED or DATEOY DT Watch 10. “Apple DT Watch 10” is reseller wording for an Apple Watch-style design; this is not an Apple product and does not run Apple watchOS.

The official catalogue places it in DTNO.1’s fashion-watch range: DTNO.1 products. The manufacturer’s Chinese page is DT Watch 10; its English page uses the title DT Watch 10 but labels the model “DT Watch X,” so confirm the exact model with the seller.
Always-on AMOLED display: what you actually get
Yes. DTNO.1 and multiple listings advertise an always-on AMOLED display, and an independent review also reports an Always-On Display option. In practice, always-on normally means a simplified, low-power clock face remains visible; it does not mean the full interface stays lit. The mode will use more power than a screen that wakes only when you raise your wrist.

Available evidence does not establish whether every firmware version offers scheduling, extensive brightness controls, or identical behavior in bright sunlight. Check the watch’s display settings and ask the seller before buying if those controls matter.
Screen sizes and the resolution conflict
- Standard: 2.06-inch AMOLED HD display, approximately 46 mm case.
- Mini: 1.89-inch AMOLED HD display, approximately 42 mm case.
DTNO.1’s Chinese page lists 410 × 502 pixels, while its English page lists 368 × 448. Because the pages also use inconsistent model labeling, do not assume either resolution applies to every batch. Confirm the resolution for the particular unit you are ordering.

Calls, notifications and phone compatibility
The watch supports Bluetooth calling, contact synchronization and phone notifications when paired with a nearby smartphone. DTNO.1 claims up to 2,000 synchronized contacts and an approximately eight-metre range; these are manufacturer specifications, not independent tests. Bluetooth calling does not provide an independent number, LTE connection or emergency service.
WearPro is the companion app. A reseller cites Android 4.4+ and iOS 10+, but those are legacy minimums and do not guarantee that every current phone or every feature works. iPhone behavior may differ from Android, and battery-optimization settings can stop notifications in the background.
Pairing checklist
- Charge the watch, install the seller-recommended WearPro app, and enable Bluetooth.
- Grant notification, Bluetooth and any required background permissions.
- Pair from inside WearPro rather than only from the phone’s Bluetooth settings.
- If pairing fails, remove the old watch entry from both devices, restart them, and try again.
- Check that another phone is not already connected.
Call pairing and app-based notification syncing are separate connections. A watch can remain available for calls while WearPro has lost notification access.
Music, video and local files
DTNO.1 promotes MP3 storage, video playback, voice recording, video watch faces, TWS-earbud pairing and a USB-disk mode for transferring music, photos and videos. Those capabilities distinguish it from simpler fitness bands, but they do not create a full Android smartwatch or an app-store ecosystem.
File transfer depends on firmware, available storage and a data-capable cable. If a computer does not see the watch, select its USB-disk mode, try another data cable or port, and check whether storage is full. Reseller references to “ChatGPT” are not proof of a working standalone ChatGPT app; one listing says that function is planned for a future update.
Fitness and health features
Marketing materials list more than 100 sports modes, heart-rate monitoring, sleep tracking and health-status functions in WearPro. Resellers identify a Tianyi Hexin HX3918 heart-rate sensor. These are wellness features, not clinical instruments.
Nothing in the available documentation validates medical-grade heart-rate, blood-pressure, blood-oxygen, ECG or sleep-apnea accuracy. Do not use readings to diagnose a condition or replace medical equipment. “AI algorithm,” “real-time tracking” and similar phrases describe marketing claims rather than published clinical validation.

The manufacturer advertises approximately seven days, while a reseller estimates 2–5 days of normal connected use and 7–10 days in standby. Those figures cannot be treated as interchangeable tests. Always-on display, frequent calls, notifications, high brightness, workouts, health sampling and media playback all increase consumption. A listing also promotes a 10-minute charge for a day of use; that is usage-dependent marketing, not a guaranteed runtime.

To extend runtime, use a simpler standby dial, lower brightness and screen-wake duration, disable always-on when it is unnecessary, and turn off monitoring or notifications you do not use.
Water resistance and physical design
The zinc-alloy body, curved glass and roughly 37 g weight make the watch relatively light for its large case. Standard and Mini sizes matter for both comfort and replacement straps.
IP68 appears on DTNO.1’s Chinese page, while DATEOY and Gotgool list IP67. IP ratings describe controlled dust and water-ingress tests; they do not guarantee safety in every shower, pool, hot tub, ocean or soapy environment. Seals can deteriorate after impacts, repairs and aging. Follow the specific seller’s care instructions and avoid swimming or hot water when the rating and test conditions are unclear.
What it does not provide
- No verified cellular connectivity, independent phone-free calling or built-in emergency service.
- No confirmed watchOS or Wear OS operating system and no evidence of a comparable full app ecosystem.
- No independent validation of advertised health accuracy.
- No reliable guarantee of long-term software updates.
- No settled answer on storage, screen resolution or water rating across all sellers and batches.
The phrase “watchOS 11” appearing in promotional material should not be read as the operating system. The product is a DTNO.1 watch using WearPro.

On August 16, 2026, DTNO.1’s global store showed a $39.99 sale price reduced from $59.99 for standard and Mini options: official DTNO.1 store. The page said delivery to most countries typically takes about 10–15 days. Prices, stock, tax and shipping can change.
DATEOY showed $41.99 (marked down from $146.99), with a one-year warranty and 30-day money-back guarantee, but listed 4 GB, IP67 and 5–10 days of battery life: DATEOY listing. Gotgool showed $42.99 (marked down from $99), with 4 GB, IP67, 2–5 days normal use and about three hours charging: Gotgool listing. These differences may reflect firmware, packaging or seller data, so the cheapest headline price is not automatically the best value.
Checks to make before ordering
- Choose standard 46 mm or Mini 42 mm.
- Get the exact resolution and usable-storage figure in writing.
- Confirm the batch’s IP rating and whether always-on mode is present and configurable.
- Ask for realistic battery life with always-on display enabled and the expected charging time.
- Verify WearPro availability and permissions on your Android or iPhone.
- Confirm strap width, included accessories, return destination and warranty terms.
- Save screenshots of the listing so a mismatch can be documented.
Who should buy it?
Buy the DT Watch 10 if a vivid, large AMOLED time display, inexpensive Bluetooth calling, local media features and an Apple Watch-style look are your priorities—and you accept seller ambiguity.
Choose another watch if you need dependable sports or medical measurements, independent GPS or cellular service, swimming confidence, a mature app store, guaranteed updates or consistently documented hardware. A mainstream fitness tracker may be better if you do not need the large always-on screen; established Amazfit, Xiaomi or Redmi models generally offer clearer software support, while used Apple Watch or Galaxy Watch models provide stronger platform integration at the cost of battery life and potentially higher ownership costs.
