Su Mac, la barra dei menu di Safari si trova in cima allo schermo, sopra la finestra del browser: quando Safari è attivo, contiene voci come Safari, File, Modifica, Vista, Cronologia, Segnalibri, Finestra e Aiuto. Se usi un iPhone o un iPad, non c’è la stessa barra dei menu di macOS: Safari mostra invece controlli e barre degli strumenti propri.
Dove si trova la barra dei menu di Safari su Mac
Guarda il bordo superiore dello schermo del Mac, non la finestra di Safari. La barra dei menu appartiene a macOS e mostra i comandi dell’app attiva. Fai clic sulla finestra di Safari: il nome dell’app e i relativi menu dovrebbero apparire in alto. Se non vedi la voce Safari, potrebbe essere attiva un’altra app.
Quando la barra è visibile, puoi aprire le preferenze del browser da Safari > Impostazioni. Non confondere questo percorso con > Impostazioni di Sistema, che contiene le opzioni generali del Mac, inclusa la visualizzazione della barra dei menu.

- Fai clic su Safari per renderlo l’app attiva.
- Sposta il puntatore fino al bordo superiore dello schermo. In modalità a tutto schermo, la barra dei menu può comparire temporaneamente quando raggiungi il margine superiore (istruzioni Apple per il tutto schermo).
- Se vuoi uscire dal tutto schermo, porta il puntatore sul pulsante verde nell’angolo superiore sinistro della finestra e scegli Disattiva modalità a tutto schermo.
- Per evitare che macOS nasconda automaticamente la barra, apri > Impostazioni di Sistema > Barra dei menu e imposta Mostra e nascondi automaticamente la barra dei menu su Mai. A seconda della versione di macOS, le etichette o la posizione delle opzioni possono variare leggermente; se necessario, cerca Barra dei menu nelle Impostazioni di Sistema. Se portare il puntatore in alto non serve, controlla direttamente l’impostazione di macOS: il problema può essere l’occultamento automatico, non una barra rimossa da Safari. Inoltre, una finestra semplicemente ingrandita non è necessariamente in modalità a tutto schermo.

Forse cerchi un’altra barra di Safari?
Le barre nella finestra di Safari fanno cose diverse dalla barra dei menu di macOS. Se manca una riga di pulsanti o di schede, prova a identificare l’elemento che stai cercando:

Su iPhone e iPad
Su iPhone e iPad non cercare la riga con Safari, File e Vista: è la barra dei menu di macOS, non un elemento dell’interfaccia mobile. In Safari per iOS o iPadOS troverai invece il campo di ricerca, il pulsante Menu della pagina e altri controlli; posizione e aspetto possono dipendere dal dispositivo, dalla versione del sistema e dal layout.

Puoi anche usare il pulsante Altro e scegliere Nascondi la barra strumenti per nasconderla. Per cambiare la posizione dei pannelli, vai in Impostazioni > App > Safari > Pannelli e scegli tra Compatto, In basso e In alto (i nomi e i percorsi possono variare con la versione di iOS). Le opzioni riguardano la barra degli strumenti o i pannelli, non aggiungono una barra dei menu di macOS. Controllo rapido
- Mac, non trovi Safari o Vista: fai clic sulla finestra di Safari e guarda in cima allo schermo.
- La barra appare solo quando porti il puntatore in alto: controlla il tutto schermo e l’occultamento automatico.
- Mancano i pulsanti di navigazione: prova Vista > Mostra barra strumenti.
- Mancano i siti salvati: prova Vista > Mostra barra dei preferiti.
- Usi iPhone o iPad: cerca i controlli di Safari, non la barra dei menu del Mac.
