There is no single best Figma-to-WordPress plugin for every project. For Elementor, Gutenberg, or Bricks, UiChemy is the most directly aligned option in the available documentation. For Oxygen 6, Oxygen Classic, Gutenberg, or plain HTML, ready→made is the relevant alternative. If your site depends on custom post types, complex queries, or bespoke theme behavior, use exported output only as a starting point and have a developer implement the WordPress-specific parts.

These tools can accelerate a page or section handoff, but an imported design is not automatically a finished, responsive theme. Treat “pixel-accurate” and similar language as vendor claims, then test the generated result at every target breakpoint.

First decide what “Figma plugin” means

The phrase can describe three different products:

  • A Figma-side exporter: a plugin run in Figma that packages a frame or design data.
  • A WordPress-side importer: a plugin that receives exported content and creates a page, section, blocks, or builder elements.
  • A paired workflow: a Figma plugin and a WordPress plugin designed to work together.

Importing a page or block is not the same as generating a complete WordPress theme. Confirm the deliverable before choosing a tool.

Shortlist by WordPress destination

Project target Most relevant option What the documentation describes Important qualification
Elementor UiChemy Exports selected Figma frames and imports them as editable Composer sections containing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; its listing describes an AI Express mode for Elementor. These are UiChemy’s own product descriptions, not an independent accuracy test. WordPress.org UiChemy listing
Gutenberg UiChemy or ready→made UiChemy documents a Classic Mode for Gutenberg. ready→made documents a Figma companion plugin and WordPress importer that accepts exported content. Check the exact plugin and WordPress versions before deployment. UiChemy · ready→made
Bricks UiChemy The listing describes a Classic Mode route for Bricks. Verify compatibility with the Bricks version used by your site. WordPress.org UiChemy listing
Oxygen 6 or Oxygen Classic ready→made The listing describes importing companion-plugin exports and mapping Figma breakpoints to Oxygen breakpoints. Confirm whether your project uses Oxygen 6 or the classic product and check current documentation. WordPress.org ready→made listing
Plain HTML output ready→made The documented importer accepts HTML as one of its routes. HTML output still needs WordPress integration, accessibility review, and maintenance planning. WordPress.org ready→made listing
Dynamic custom theme Hand-coded implementation Use a converter as a visual scaffold, if useful, then implement CMS fields, queries, templates, and WordPress behavior directly. A comparison from Themify presents this as the better fit for bespoke and data-heavy themes; it is the publisher’s assessment rather than a neutral benchmark. Themify comparison

What to compare before installing anything

1. Builder and version compatibility

Start with the destination, not the Figma file. UiChemy’s documented routes cover Elementor, Gutenberg, and Bricks. ready→made documents Oxygen 6, Oxygen Classic, Gutenberg, and HTML. A tool that targets a different builder may produce code you cannot conveniently edit.

2. The actual deliverable

Ask whether the result is an editable builder section, native blocks, raw HTML/CSS, or a theme. A page importer does not create archive templates, single-post templates, menus, query loops, custom fields, or plugin integrations unless those functions are separately implemented.

3. Figma structure

Conversion tools have to infer browser behavior from a design file. Auto Layout, named styles, consistent layer names, and clear design guidelines give the importer more usable intent than a frame built from arbitrary coordinates. UiChemy specifically recommends Auto Layout and design guidelines in its listing. Figma is still not rendered browser output, so the mapping is an interpretation rather than a guaranteed one-to-one translation.

4. Responsive behavior and interactions

Inspect desktop, tablet, and mobile results. Check breakpoint changes, text wrapping, image scaling, hover and focus states, menus, animations, and any form or link behavior. The comparison material warns that responsive, typography, and interaction cleanup may be required after export.

5. Editability and maintenance

Open the imported result in the intended builder and change a heading, image, spacing value, and breakpoint rule. Confirm that the elements remain understandable to the team and that classes or generated styles can be maintained. A visually close result that nobody can safely edit is a poor production handoff.

6. Trust and access

Review the plugin’s Figma Community listing, publisher identity, support route, security disclosures, and network-access declaration. Figma explains that plugins are third-party code and may access information about you and the file; their manifest can declare unrestricted, restricted, or no network access. Read Figma’s guidance on using plugins in files before running one on confidential client work. Figma’s stated support boundary is: “Figma does not provide support for third-party plugins.”

A safer Figma-to-WordPress workflow

  1. Define the output. Write down whether you need a page, section, block, raw HTML, or a full theme, then record the target builder and version.
  2. Create a representative test frame. Duplicate a real page or make a small sample containing headings, body text, images, buttons, a responsive layout, and any interaction that matters. Keep Auto Layout and layer naming consistent.
  3. Review permissions. Check the Figma Community entry and data/security information before granting access to production files. Use a sanitized duplicate when the plugin’s access scope is unclear.
  4. Export and import one page first. Do not convert an entire site until the test demonstrates acceptable structure, typography, assets, and editing behavior.
  5. Test three viewport classes. Compare desktop, tablet, and mobile against the design. Check overflow, wrapping, spacing, breakpoints, image crops, keyboard focus, links, and forms.
  6. Have the site owner edit it. Ask the person who will maintain the page to make ordinary changes in the target builder. Fix any generated structure that is confusing or brittle.
  7. Separate dynamic work. Implement custom queries, CMS fields, conditional content, archive/single templates, and other WordPress behavior in code or the site’s native tooling rather than assuming the visual importer generated it.

When each option makes sense

Choose UiChemy when the destination is Elementor, Gutenberg, or Bricks

UiChemy is the focused shortlist choice when one of those builders is already the project standard. Its WordPress.org listing describes selecting Figma frames and importing editable Composer sections, with AI Express for Elementor and Classic Mode routes for Gutenberg and Bricks. Validate the generated HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive rules, and editability yourself; no independent benchmark establishes universal fidelity.

Choose ready→made when Oxygen or HTML is the handoff

ready→made is the documented fit for Oxygen 6, Oxygen Classic, Gutenberg, and HTML. Its listing describes a companion Figma plugin, a WordPress importer, and breakpoint mapping to Oxygen. Treat version compatibility as a release-specific question and verify it on the live project before committing to the workflow.

Choose hand-coded implementation for dynamic or highly bespoke sites

If the design is only the visual layer over complex data, user roles, custom queries, or a bespoke theme architecture, direct implementation is usually more predictable. An export can provide measurements, markup ideas, or a temporary scaffold, but it should not be mistaken for a complete theme generator. The WordPress support discussion on Figma-to-WordPress themes also reflects the underlying reader trade-off: ease of use versus the features and control required by the site.

Limitations you should plan for

  • No universal accuracy figure: the available material does not establish an independent study or generally applicable conversion percentage.
  • No comprehensive market ranking: the shortlist reflects documented compatibility found for this comparison, not every plugin available in 2026.
  • Prices and availability can change: current pricing and broad plugin availability were not verified here, so check the official listing at the time of purchase or deployment.
  • Export is not maintenance: later Figma edits may not safely synchronize with production WordPress content; define who owns updates and how changes are reviewed.
  • Generated code needs review: check semantics, accessibility, performance, security, and licensing of assets before publishing.

Decision checklist

  • Target builder and exact version recorded
  • Deliverable defined as page, section, block, HTML, or theme
  • Representative Auto Layout frame prepared
  • Plugin publisher, support, permissions, and network access reviewed
  • Desktop, tablet, and mobile output tested
  • Fonts, images, links, forms, focus states, and interactions checked
  • Imported elements proven editable by the maintenance team
  • Dynamic WordPress behavior assigned to an explicit implementation plan

The Bottom Line

Bottom line: Match the tool to the builder and the deliverable. Start with UiChemy for Elementor, Gutenberg, or Bricks; consider ready→made for Oxygen 6, Oxygen Classic, Gutenberg, or HTML; and use a developer-led implementation when the site’s value lies in dynamic WordPress behavior rather than a static visual page.
