Retail prices and availability must be checked on the retailer’s product page before checkout. The strongest historical targets were AirPods Pro 2 at about $154–$170, the 64GB Wi‑Fi iPad 10 at about $250, base AirPods 4 at $100–$119, and Apple Watch Series 10 GPS models at $299–$329.
Because the available deal reports are from 2024 and 2025, this guide is best used to judge whether a current price is genuinely exceptional—or whether waiting makes sense.

These figures were described as record or near-record prices when the individual promotions ran. A “record low” is not necessarily an all-time low across every retailer: it may mean the lowest price tracked by one publication, for one color, configuration or seller, on a particular date.

AirPods Pro 2: buy near $170, consider waiting above $190
The relevant deal is the AirPods Pro 2 with USB‑C charging case. Historical promotions reached roughly $153.99 to $170, while other sales landed around $169–$200. The USB‑C version should not be silently combined with older Lightning inventory.
AirPods Pro 2 are the better choice for commuters and travelers who want silicone ear tips, stronger noise control and the Pro feature set. At or below $170, the historical value is excellent. Around $190–$200, it is still a discount from the historical $249 list price, but waiting may be sensible if the purchase is not urgent.
Before buying, confirm that the item is new, sold by the retailer or a trusted seller, and eligible for Apple warranty support. Marketplace listings can change condition, seller, shipping and return terms after a deal article is published. Historical deal coverage is available from Black Friday, Prime Day and other sale reports.

AirPods 4: choose between open fit and ANC
Base AirPods 4
The standard AirPods 4 use an open-fit design and are the lower-cost option for people who dislike silicone ear tips. Historical prices around $100 were unusually strong; $119 was a meaningful discount from the $129 list price.
AirPods 4 with ANC
The ANC model is a separate product. Historical coverage placed it around $164.99 during a particularly strong promotion. Do not describe that price as the base AirPods 4 deal. Choose the ANC version only if noise control is worth the additional cost and its fit suits you.
iPad 10: excellent at $250, but storage matters
The most compelling historical iPad deal was the 64GB Wi‑Fi iPad 10 at $249.99. That promotion required shoppers to clip a $9.01 coupon on the product page. Other documented prices were approximately $279–$299.

At roughly $250, the iPad 10 is a sensible budget tablet for browsing, streaming, schoolwork, video calls and casual use. Its 64GB capacity can become restrictive for games, downloaded video, photos and long-term offline storage. The 256GB Wi‑Fi model historically sold for about $410–$429 and should be compared separately rather than presented as part of the 64GB deal.
Cellular versions also need separate pricing. Their higher purchase price and ongoing data-plan cost can erase the apparent discount. An iPad Air or newer iPad may be the better long-term choice when its price is close to a discounted iPad 10, especially if storage or performance is important.
Apple Watch Series 10: GPS is usually the value choice
Historical sale prices reached about $299 for the 42mm GPS model and $329 for the 46mm GPS model. Earlier Cyber Week promotions placed them around $329 and $359, respectively. Those prices were record lows at the time, not permanent reference prices. See the June 2025 Series 10 sale report for the later benchmark.

GPS models are generally the better value for people who usually carry an iPhone. Cellular models can make calls and use data more independently, but they require carrier support and typically an additional monthly plan. Compare the full cost over the period you expect to own the watch, not only the sale price.
The 42mm model may suit smaller wrists and costs less; the 46mm model provides a larger display. Confirm the case size, GPS or cellular connectivity, and included band before checkout. A retailer’s “Series 10” price is incomplete without those details.

Historical Apple promotions also included the Apple Watch SE, iPad mini, iPad Air, iPad Pro, Apple Watch Ultra, AirPods Max, AirTag four-packs and Apple Pencil. Include any of these in a current deal list only after confirming a live price, exact configuration, condition and retailer.

Accessories can be useful additions, but they should match the device. For an iPad 10, check case and keyboard compatibility, and remember that the tablet uses USB‑C. A charger, screen protector or case may be practical; expensive accessories are not automatically good value for a reader who only needs streaming and browsing.
Buy now or wait: a practical price guide
- Buy now: AirPods Pro 2 at $170 or less, base AirPods 4 around $100, 64GB Wi‑Fi iPad 10 at $250 or less, or Series 10 GPS near $299/$329 for 42mm/46mm.
- Good price: AirPods Pro 2 around $190–$200, base AirPods 4 around $119, iPad 10 around $279–$299, or Series 10 GPS around $329/$359.
- Wait: The discount is small, the product is an unfavorable storage or connectivity configuration, or the price is available only through an unclear promotion.
- Avoid: A listing that is refurbished or used without clear labeling, a marketplace seller with uncertain warranty status, or a cellular device whose required plan is not included in the value calculation.
How to verify a deal before paying
- Open the exact product page through Apple, Amazon’s Apple storefront or Best Buy.
- Match the model, storage, size, connectivity, charging case and ANC status to the advertised deal.
- Check whether the price requires a clipped coupon, membership, trade-in or checkout promotion.
- Confirm that the item is new and identify the seller and fulfillment method.
- Review delivery date, return policy and warranty terms. Prices and stock can change before checkout.
Do not treat a retailer’s “was” price as proof of a recent discount. Compare the final price with the historical benchmarks above and with comparable newer models.
