“更改 Microsoft 帐户”可能意味着更换 Windows 登录账户、把本地账户连接到 Microsoft 帐户、更换登录邮箱、修改显示名称或重设密码。这些操作并不相同。
如果你想把当前 Windows 11 用户从旧 Microsoft 帐户换成另一个帐户，系统通常没有直接的“替换帐户”按钮。最稳妥的做法是先切换到本地账户，再连接新 Microsoft 帐户；如果需要更清晰的数据隔离，则应添加一个新的 Windows 用户。
先确认你要更改的是什么

本地账户主要与一台设备关联；Microsoft 帐户还可用于 OneDrive、Microsoft Store、Office、Xbox 和其他 Microsoft 服务。Microsoft 对账户类型的说明见官方帮助页面。

这种方法适合当前用户仍能正常登录，并且你希望尽量保留当前 Windows 用户环境的情况。更换前先备份桌面、文档、下载和图片中的重要文件，并确认 OneDrive 已完成同步。

第一步：从旧 Microsoft 帐户切换到本地账户
- 打开设置。
- 选择账户，然后打开你的信息。
- 选择改用本地账户登录。
- 按提示输入本地账户名称、密码和密码提示。
- 选择下一步，然后选择注销并完成。
- 使用刚创建的本地账户重新登录 Windows。
如果看不到“改用本地账户登录”，请先确认你位于设置 > 账户 > 你的信息，而不是“其他用户”页面。该选项只会在当前使用 Microsoft 帐户登录时显示。
第二步：连接新的 Microsoft 帐户
- 再次打开设置 > 账户 > 你的信息。
- 选择改用 Microsoft 帐户登录。
- 输入新 Microsoft 帐户的邮箱地址或电话号码。
- 输入密码并完成身份验证。
- 按提示设置或确认 Windows Hello PIN。
- 注销或重新启动，然后使用新帐户登录。
更换后，OneDrive、Microsoft Store、Office、Xbox 和部分第三方应用可能要求重新登录。原 PIN 也可能需要重新设置，因为 Windows Hello PIN 是与设备和安全配置相关的登录凭据，并不等同于 Microsoft 帐户密码。
方法二：添加新的 Windows 用户
如果你担心误删文件，或者想把工作帐户和个人帐户完全分开，添加新用户通常更安全。每个 Windows 用户都有独立的桌面、设置和用户文件夹。

添加新 Microsoft 用户
- 打开设置 > 账户 > 其他用户。
- 在“添加其他用户”旁选择添加账户。
- 输入新 Microsoft 帐户的邮箱地址。
- 按屏幕提示完成设置。
- 从开始菜单打开用户菜单，切换到新用户并登录。
如果新用户需要安装软件或修改系统设置，可以进入设置 > 账户 > 其他用户，展开该账户，选择更改账户类型，再改为“管理员”。日常使用建议保留标准用户，并限制管理员账户数量。更多步骤可参考 Microsoft 的用户账户管理说明。
删除旧 Windows 用户前必须检查
- 已登录新用户，并确认桌面、文档、下载和图片中的文件都已复制。
- 已确认 OneDrive 文件完成同步；仅在线文件可能尚未下载到本机。
- 已导出或同步浏览器书签、密码和个人资料。
- 已检查 Office、游戏及第三方应用的数据和登录状态。
- 已确认旧用户不再需要访问其本地文件。
确认后，进入设置 > 账户 > 其他用户，展开旧账户，选择删除并确认。删除 Windows 用户会移除该账户在这台电脑上的登录信息和本地配置文件，但不会删除对应的 Microsoft 在线帐户。未备份的本地数据可能随配置文件一起被删除。
只想更换登录邮箱：使用帐户别名
如果你的目标只是使用另一个邮箱登录，而不是创建全新的 Microsoft 帐户，不要先删除 Windows 用户。Microsoft 帐户别名共享同一个密码、联系人、OneDrive 存储、订阅和账户设置，也可用于登录 Microsoft 服务、Windows 和 Xbox。

- 选择添加电子邮件，输入并验证新地址。
- 如有需要，将新地址设为主要别名。
- 确认账户仍保留至少一种可用的登录和安全验证方式后，再考虑删除旧别名。
别名不是全新的 Microsoft 帐户。若你希望彻底分离 OneDrive 文件、订阅、联系人和账户数据，应创建新帐户并使用新的 Windows 用户，而不是添加别名。Microsoft 的限制说明见官方帮助。

修改显示名称不会更换登录账户、邮箱地址或 Windows 用户文件夹名称。
- 登录 Microsoft 帐户。
- 打开个人信息或“你的信息”页面。
- 选择编辑姓名。
- 输入新名称并保存。
名称更新可能最多需要24 小时才会在各处显示，而且不会改变 Xbox 游戏玩家代号。不要为了修改姓名而手动重命名用户文件夹；这可能导致应用路径、权限或注册表问题。相关说明见Microsoft 帐户名称帮助。

只想修改密码
仍知道当前密码
- 打开设置 > 账户 > 登录选项。
- 展开密码，选择更改。
- 输入旧密码，然后创建并确认新密码。
如果忘记密码但仍可使用 PIN，Windows 可能允许你通过设置验证身份并重设密码。无法登录时，可在登录屏幕选择我忘记了密码，或选择登录选项 > Web 登录，也可以使用 Microsoft 的密码重置流程。

如果你不想替换当前账户，只需切换用户：

- 打开开始菜单。
- 选择当前用户头像或账户名称。
- 选择另一个用户。
- 输入该用户的 PIN、密码或其他凭据。
切换用户不会结束原用户的会话，原用户打开的程序可能继续运行。它不会改变当前 Windows 用户与 Microsoft 帐户的绑定关系。详情见Windows 用户访问说明。

更换前的数据检查清单
- 本地文件：检查桌面、文档、下载、图片、视频和音乐文件夹。
- OneDrive：确认旧帐户显示已同步，并注意“仅在线”文件。
- 浏览器：确认书签、密码、历史记录和扩展已同步或导出。
- 应用：记录 Microsoft Store、Office、Xbox 和第三方软件的登录信息。
- 游戏：检查本地存档、启动器账户和云存档状态。
- 设备安全：如果启用了 BitLocker，确认已保存恢复密钥。
- 权限：确保设备上仍有至少一个可用的管理员账户。
常见问题排查
找不到“改用 Microsoft 帐户登录”
你可能已经使用 Microsoft 帐户登录，或者进入了错误的设置页面。检查设置 > 账户 > 你的信息。如果目标是新增帐户，应改用其他用户 > 添加账户。工作或学校设备还可能受到组织策略限制。
新账户看不到旧文件
这是正常现象。不同 Windows 用户拥有不同的配置文件。先登录旧账户，将重要文件复制到新用户可访问的位置，再确认迁移完成后删除旧用户。
更换后 OneDrive 要求重新登录
新的 Microsoft 帐户不会自动获得旧帐户的 OneDrive 内容。重新登录后，检查同步状态、文件按需设置以及云端文件是否属于新帐户。不要把“能看到 OneDrive 文件”误认为文件已经转移。
公司或学校账户无法更改
工作或学校帐户可能由 Microsoft Entra、组织策略或 IT 管理员控制。管理员可能限制姓名、邮箱、登录方式或账户添加操作。此时不要强行绕过策略，应联系组织管理员。
