Telegram 目前没有官方 Android TV、Google TV、Apple TV、Fire TV 或 Roku 应用。不过，你仍可以把 Telegram 内容放到电视上：Android 用户可将支持的视频从 Telegram 直接投到 Google Cast 设备；iPhone 用户通常使用 AirPlay 镜像；没有兼容投屏功能时，手机或电脑连接 HDMI 是更通用的办法。想用电视遥控器浏览完整聊天和频道，则需要考虑非官方客户端，并谨慎评估账号安全。
先选对方法：看视频，还是浏览 Telegram？
“在电视上看 Telegram”可能指几件不同的事，选法也不一样：

Telegram 的官方应用列表列出手机、电脑和 Web 客户端，但没有列出电视端应用。因此，Telegram 视频投到电视不等于电视上安装了完整的官方 Telegram。
Android：从 Telegram 视频直接投到 Google Cast 设备
Telegram Android 应用在 2025 年加入了将视频投到 Chromecast 等 Google Cast 设备的功能。报道所述入口位于视频播放器的设置菜单中；具体图标或文字可能因应用版本和语言而变化。9to5Google 的功能报道介绍了该入口和视频投放用途。

需要什么
- 支持 Google Cast 的 Android 手机和 Telegram 应用。
- Chromecast、Google TV Streamer，或内置 Google Cast 的电视。
- 手机与电视或接收设备连接到同一个 Wi-Fi 网络。
请先确认电视或外接设备确实支持 Google Cast；智能电视不一定都支持。Google 的Cast 设置说明也要求手机和平板与接收设备处于同一 Wi-Fi 网络。
操作步骤
- 在 Android 手机上打开 Telegram，进入包含目标视频的聊天、群组、频道或“已保存的消息”。
- 点开视频，进入 Telegram 的视频播放器，而不是只停留在聊天缩略图上。
- 打开播放器中的设置或更多选项，查找 Chromecast、Google Cast 或投放图标。
- 选择电视、Chromecast 或 Google TV Streamer，等待连接。
- 连接后在手机上播放、暂停或拖动进度。播放完毕时，打开 Cast 控件并断开连接。
这个功能主要用于把视频交给电视播放，手机通常仍负责浏览和控制。它不会把全部 Telegram 聊天界面变成电视应用，而且并非每种媒体或文件格式都保证能直接投放。
没有 Cast 按钮怎么办？
- 更新 Telegram，并确认视频已经在播放器中打开。
- 确认手机与接收设备连接到同一个 Wi-Fi，而非访客网络或彼此隔离的网络。
- 确认电视支持 Google Cast；Miracast、DLNA 或电视厂商自有投屏协议并不等同于 Google Cast。
- 暂时关闭 VPN，检查手机是否自动切换到了不同的 Wi-Fi 网络。
- 关闭并重新打开 Telegram；仍无效时，重启手机和电视或 Chromecast。
- 用 YouTube 等已知支持 Cast 的应用测试接收设备。如果其他应用也找不到它，先排查网络和接收设备；如果只有 Telegram 不行，可能是版本或该视频文件不支持。
Android：无法直接投放时，试试整屏镜像
如果 Telegram 播放器没有 Cast 入口，可以尝试 Android 系统或 Google Home 提供的屏幕镜像，前提是手机和电视或接收设备支持相应的镜像方式。镜像会复制手机画面，因此聊天、通知及其他屏幕内容也可能出现在电视上；手机需要继续运行并保持显示，切换应用或锁屏也可能影响播放。

整屏镜像与 Telegram 视频的原生 Cast 不同：原生 Cast 是由应用将媒体送到接收设备，手机主要用作控制器；镜像则是把整个手机屏幕复制到电视。镜像更适合临时查看界面或尝试播放没有原生投放入口的内容，但可能有更多延迟，也更容易暴露私人通知。
iPhone 或 iPad：使用 AirPlay 镜像
iPhone 用户不应假定 Telegram 有与 Android 相同的内置 Chromecast 入口。较稳妥的方式是通过 iOS 系统镜像到 Apple TV 或支持 AirPlay 的电视：
- 让 iPhone/iPad 与 Apple TV 或 AirPlay 电视连接到同一个 Wi-Fi。
- 打开控制中心，点“屏幕镜像”。
- 选择 Apple TV 或电视，然后打开 Telegram 播放视频。
- 观看结束后，在控制中心停止镜像。
这是系统级镜像，不是 Telegram 为 Apple TV 提供的原生应用。如果没有 AirPlay，可用手机转 HDMI 适配器、电脑接 HDMI，或先将视频保存到设备再用电视支持的播放器播放。第三方投屏应用也可作为选项，但不要轻易向来源不明的应用提供 Telegram 验证码或账号凭据。

用电脑和 HDMI：跨平台的稳妥方案

电视端第三方 Telegram 客户端：适合谁，风险是什么？
部分 Android TV 或 Google TV 项目，以及其他平台上的第三方应用，宣称支持电视遥控器浏览 Telegram 聊天、频道或媒体。它们不是 Telegram 官方客户端，也不由 Telegram 的官方应用列表背书；功能、维护、兼容性和收费方式都可能变化。社区帖子或应用商店介绍不能证明某款应用安全。

第三方客户端只在你确实需要用遥控器经常浏览 Telegram 时才值得评估。安装或登录前，至少检查开发者身份、来源、隐私政策、所需权限、登录方式以及能否清除数据和撤销会话。应用若来自随机 APK 网站，或要求你直接提供 Telegram 密码、验证码，却无法说明其授权与数据处理方式，就不要继续登录。即使应用使用 Telegram API 或 TDLib，也不代表它获得了 Telegram 的官方认可或安全保证。
如果已经登录过不确定的客户端，打开 Telegram 的“设置 → 设备”，检查活动会话，并撤销不认识或不再使用的会话。不要把验证码交给自称客服或要求远程协助的人。

常见问题排查
电视找不到，或没有投放选项
先确认接收设备支持的协议与手机方法相符：Google Cast、AirPlay 和 Miracast 并不能互相替代。然后检查双方是否在同一 Wi-Fi，关闭 VPN，避开访客网络或启用了设备隔离的网络，并确认接收设备已完成设置。更新 Telegram 后仍无效，可重启设备并用另一款 Cast 应用测试。Google 的Cast 帮助页说明了网络要求及设备发现问题。

有画面但没有声音
检查手机媒体音量、电视音量和电视当前音频输出设备；确认蓝牙耳机没有仍连接在手机上。若播放的是下载文件，电视也可能不支持其音轨或封装格式。连接电脑时，还需确认操作系统把声音输出到了 HDMI 电视而非电脑扬声器。
播放卡顿或文件打不开
无线播放可能受 Wi-Fi 信号、文件缓存、视频编码、封装格式、字幕或音轨兼容性影响。尽量改善电视端网络连接，等待 Telegram 完成加载，或改用 HDMI。若把文件下载后交给其他播放器播放，那是替代播放路径，不代表 Telegram 已原生支持这种格式的电视投放。
电视只显示手机画面，手机不能退出
这通常是整屏镜像，而非媒体 Cast。镜像时手机必须保持运行，退出 Telegram 可能停止观看，手机通知也可能同步显示。停止镜像后再考虑原生 Cast 或 HDMI。

隐私与内容提醒
在电视上镜像聊天前，关闭可能弹出验证码、私聊内容或其他敏感信息的通知，尤其是在共享空间。通过第三方应用登录时，按前述方式核实来源并检查 Telegram 活动会话。观看或转存频道内容时，也应遵守内容所有者的授权、当地法律和服务规则；能播放不代表可以任意复制或传播。
