หากต้องการปิดการตรวจจับชั่วคราว ให้ไปที่ Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings แล้วปิด Real-time protection แต่ถ้าปัญหาเกิดกับไฟล์หรือโปรแกรมเพียงรายการเดียว การเพิ่ม Exclusion แบบจำกัดขอบเขตปลอดภัยกว่า การปิดแบบถาวรบน Windows รุ่นใหม่ไม่รับประกันว่าจะทำได้หรือคงอยู่ และไม่ควรปล่อยให้เครื่องไม่มีโปรแกรมป้องกันแบบเรียลไทม์
“ปิด Windows ป้องกัน” หมายถึงอะไร
คำว่า Windows Defender หรือ Windows ป้องกัน มักใช้ปะปนกันหลายความหมาย:
- Microsoft Defender Antivirus คือส่วนตรวจจับไวรัสและมัลแวร์
- Windows Security คือแอปศูนย์รวมการตั้งค่าความปลอดภัย ไม่ใช่ตัว Antivirus เอง
- Real-time protection ตรวจไฟล์ โปรแกรม และกิจกรรมที่กำลังเกิดขึ้น
- Cloud-delivered protection และ Automatic sample submission เป็นการป้องกันคนละส่วน
- Windows Firewall, SmartScreen, Exploit protection และ Controlled folder access ไม่ได้ถูกปิดโดยอัตโนมัติเมื่อปิด Real-time protection
ดังนั้น การปิด Real-time protection ไม่ได้เท่ากับการปิดระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยของ Windows ทั้งหมด และการปิดหรือซ่อนแอป Windows Security ก็ไม่ได้หยุดการสแกนของ Antivirus

วิธีปิด Real-time protection ชั่วคราว
วิธีนี้เหมาะกับการติดตั้งหรือทดสอบโปรแกรมครั้งเดียว ใช้ได้กับ Windows 10 และ Windows 11 ที่รองรับ Windows Security
- เปิดเมนู Start แล้วค้นหา Windows Security
- เลือก Virus & threat protection
- ใต้หัวข้อ Virus & threat protection settings เลือก Manage settings
- หากสวิตช์ถูกล็อก ให้ตรวจและปิด Tamper protection ตามหัวข้อถัดไป
- ปิดสวิตช์ Real-time protection
- ยืนยันหน้าต่าง User Account Control หากปรากฏขึ้น
ระหว่างที่ปิดอยู่ ไฟล์ที่เปิดหรือดาวน์โหลดอาจไม่ถูกตรวจแบบเรียลไทม์ การสแกนตามกำหนดเวลาอาจยังทำงาน และ Windows จะเปิด Real-time protection กลับเองหลังช่วงเวลาหนึ่งตามการออกแบบของระบบ ควรเปิดกลับทันทีเมื่อทำงานเสร็จ
ถ้าปิดไม่ได้ ให้ตรวจ Tamper protection
Tamper protection ป้องกันไม่ให้แอป มัลแวร์ หรือการตั้งค่าบางประเภทเปลี่ยนค่าความปลอดภัยสำคัญ เช่น Real-time protection และ Cloud-delivered protection

- ไปที่ Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings
- ปิด Tamper protection และยืนยันสิทธิ์ผู้ดูแลระบบ
- ปิด Real-time protection เฉพาะช่วงที่จำเป็น
- ทำงานเสร็จแล้วเปิดทั้ง Real-time protection และ Tamper protection กลับทันที
หากปุ่มเป็นสีเทาหรือ Tamper protection เปิดกลับเอง อุปกรณ์อาจถูกควบคุมโดยองค์กร, Intune, Active Directory หรือ Microsoft Defender for Endpoint โดย Microsoft ระบุว่า Group Policy ไม่สามารถใช้ปิด Tamper protection ได้โดยตรง ดูรายละเอียดได้ที่ เอกสาร Tamper protection ของ Microsoft
ใช้ Exclusion แทนการปิดทั้งระบบ
ถ้าต้องการให้โปรแกรมหนึ่งติดตั้งหรือทำงานได้ การยกเว้นเฉพาะไฟล์ โฟลเดอร์ หรือตำแหน่งที่เชื่อถือได้มักเหมาะกว่าการปิด Antivirus ทั้งเครื่อง

- ไปที่ Virus & threat protection > Manage settings
- เลื่อนลงไปที่ Exclusions แล้วเลือก Add or remove exclusions
- เลือก Add an exclusion
- เลือกชนิดที่เหมาะสม: File, Folder, File type หรือ Process
- เลือกเฉพาะรายการที่ตรวจสอบแล้วว่าเชื่อถือได้
- ลบรายการยกเว้นทันทีเมื่อเสร็จงาน
ควรยกเว้นโฟลเดอร์ build ของโปรเจกต์ แคชของเครื่องมือพัฒนา หรือไฟล์ทดสอบที่ตรวจสอบแล้วว่าเป็น false positive แทนการยกเว้นทั้งไดรฟ์ เช่น C: หลีกเลี่ยงการยกเว้น Downloads, Desktop หรือโฟลเดอร์ที่รับไฟล์จากอินเทอร์เน็ต เพราะไฟล์ในตำแหน่งนั้นจะไม่ได้รับการตรวจของ Defender ตามขอบเขตที่กำหนด
ก่อนเพิ่ม Exclusion ให้ตรวจแหล่งดาวน์โหลด ลายเซ็นดิจิทัล แฮชไฟล์ และผลสแกนจากแหล่งที่เหมาะสม Exclusion อาจยังถูกตรวจโดย Antivirus ของบริษัทอื่น แต่ไม่ได้ทำให้ไฟล์ปลอดภัยโดยอัตโนมัติ ดูแนวทางจาก Microsoft Learn

ปิดผ่าน Local Group Policy บน Windows Pro, Enterprise และ Education
วิธีนี้เหมาะกับผู้ดูแลระบบหรือเครื่องทดสอบ ไม่ใช่ตัวเลือกหลักสำหรับเครื่องใช้งานจริง โดยปกติ gpedit.msc ไม่มีมาให้ใน Windows Home
ปิด Microsoft Defender Antivirus
- กด
Win + Rพิมพ์gpedit.mscแล้วกด Enter - ไปที่เส้นทางนี้:
Computer Configuration
└─ Administrative Templates
└─ Windows Components
└─ Microsoft Defender Antivirus- เปิดนโยบาย Turn off Microsoft Defender Antivirus
- เลือก Enabled แล้วกด Apply > OK
- รีสตาร์ตเครื่องหากระบบร้องขอ
ปิด Real-time protection ผ่าน Group Policy
ไปที่:
Computer Configuration
└─ Administrative Templates
└─ Windows Components
└─ Microsoft Defender Antivirus
└─ Real-time Protectionเปิดนโยบาย Turn off real-time protection แล้วเลือก Enabled
นโยบายเหล่านี้มีข้อจำกัดสำคัญ: Tamper protection อาจทำให้ไม่มีผล เครื่ององค์กรอาจถูกนโยบายส่วนกลางเขียนทับ และพฤติกรรมอาจแตกต่างตามรุ่น Windows และการจัดการอุปกรณ์ Microsoft จึงไม่แนะนำให้ใช้เป็นการตั้งค่าปกติบนเครื่องใช้งานจริง ดูรายละเอียดนโยบายและรุ่นที่รองรับได้ที่ Microsoft Learn

Windows Home ต้องทำอย่างไร
Windows Home ไม่มี Local Group Policy Editor ตามปกติ ทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมคือ:
- ปิด Real-time protection ชั่วคราวจาก Windows Security
- เพิ่ม Exclusion เฉพาะไฟล์หรือโฟลเดอร์ที่เชื่อถือได้
- ติดตั้ง Antivirus อื่นที่มีการป้องกันแบบเรียลไทม์ หากต้องการเปลี่ยนจาก Defender
ไม่ควรดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ที่เพิ่ม Group Policy Editor หรือสคริปต์สุ่มจากอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อปิดระบบป้องกัน เพราะอาจนำมัลแวร์หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ตรวจสอบไม่ได้เข้ามาในเครื่อง
ตรวจสอบสถานะด้วย PowerShell
เปิด PowerShell แบบ Administrator แล้วใช้คำสั่งนี้เพื่อตรวจสถานะจริง แทนการดูเพียงไอคอนรูปโล่:
Get-MpComputerStatusค่าหลักที่ควรดู ได้แก่:
AntivirusEnabled— Microsoft Defender Antivirus ยังเปิดอยู่หรือไม่RealTimeProtectionEnabled— การตรวจแบบเรียลไทม์ยังเปิดอยู่หรือไม่TamperProtectionEnabled— Tamper protection ยังเปิดอยู่หรือไม่AMServiceEnabledและAntispywareEnabled— บริการและส่วนป้องกันที่เกี่ยวข้องเปิดอยู่หรือไม่
ค่า False ของรายการหนึ่งไม่ได้หมายความว่า Windows Security ทุกส่วนถูกปิด

Get-MpComputerStatusคำสั่งอาจถูกปฏิเสธ ถูกละเว้น หรือถูกเขียนทับ หาก Tamper protection หรือนโยบายองค์กรควบคุมอยู่ อย่าใช้สคริปต์จากแหล่งไม่ทราบที่มาเพื่อแก้การตั้งค่าความปลอดภัย
ทำไม Defender ปิดแล้วเปิดกลับเอง
- การปิดจาก Windows Security ถูกออกแบบให้เป็นการปิดชั่วคราว
- Tamper protection ยังเปิดอยู่หรือถูกเปิดกลับโดยระบบ
- Microsoft Defender กลับมาเป็น Antivirus หลักหลังถอนการติดตั้งหรือหมดอายุของ Antivirus อื่น
- นโยบายของบริษัทหรือโรงเรียนบังคับให้เปิดการป้องกัน
- Windows Update หรือการอัปเดตแพลตฟอร์มเปลี่ยนสถานะ
- ผู้ใช้ปิดเพียง Real-time protection ไม่ใช่ Antivirus ทุกองค์ประกอบ
หาก Group Policy แสดงว่าเปลี่ยนแล้วแต่สถานะไม่เปลี่ยน ให้ตรวจ edition, สิทธิ์ Administrator, Tamper protection, Antivirus อื่น, การจัดการโดยองค์กร และผลลัพธ์จาก Get-MpComputerStatus แล้วรีสตาร์ตและตรวจซ้ำ
วิธีเปิดการป้องกันกลับ
- เปิด Real-time protection ใน Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings
- เปิด Tamper protection
- ลบ Exclusion ที่ไม่จำเป็นออก
- หากใช้ Group Policy ให้คืนค่านโยบายที่เปลี่ยนเป็น Not configured
- รีสตาร์ตเครื่อง
- ตรวจซ้ำด้วย
Get-MpComputerStatus
ถ้าโปรแกรมถูกบล็อก ควรปิด Defender หรือไม่
ไม่ควรปิด Antivirus ทั้งระบบเพียงเพื่อแก้ไฟล์เดียว ให้ดำเนินการตามลำดับนี้:
- ตรวจว่าไฟล์มาจากแหล่งที่เชื่อถือได้
- ตรวจลายเซ็นดิจิทัลและชื่อภัยคุกคามที่ Windows รายงาน
- อัปเดตโปรแกรมเป็นรุ่นล่าสุด
- สแกนไฟล์ด้วยแหล่งตรวจสอบที่เหมาะสม
- หากตรวจสอบแล้วว่าเป็น false positive ให้ใช้ Exclusion เฉพาะไฟล์หรือโฟลเดอร์
- ลบ Exclusion เมื่อแก้ปัญหาเสร็จ
อย่าใช้ Exclusion เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการตรวจพบไฟล์ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์หรือไฟล์ที่ไม่ทราบที่มา

ถ้าต้องการเปลี่ยนไปใช้ Antivirus อื่น
หากเป้าหมายคือเปลี่ยนจาก Defender ไม่ใช่เพียงทดสอบโปรแกรม ให้ดาวน์โหลดผลิตภัณฑ์จากเว็บไซต์ผู้ผลิตโดยตรง สำรองข้อมูลสำคัญ ติดตั้ง แล้วรีสตาร์ตเครื่อง จากนั้นตรวจใน Windows Security ว่า Antivirus ใหม่ลงทะเบียนสำเร็จและมี Real-time protection ทำงานอยู่
ถอน Antivirus เก่าที่ซ้ำกัน และหลีกเลี่ยงการติดตั้งหลายผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มี Real-time protection พร้อมกัน เว้นแต่ผู้ผลิตระบุว่ารองรับ Windows โดยทั่วไปจะจัดการ Defender ตามสถานะของ Antivirus อื่น แต่รายละเอียดขึ้นกับผลิตภัณฑ์ รุ่น และนโยบายองค์กร จึงไม่ควรสัญญาว่าฟีเจอร์ของ Defender จะหายไปทั้งหมด

เหตุใดไม่ควรใช้ Registry hack หรือหยุดบริการ
คีย์ Registry DisableAntiSpyware ที่พบในบทความเก่าเป็นการตั้งค่าแบบ legacy สำหรับ OEM และการติดตั้งโดยผู้ดูแลระบบ ไม่ใช่วิธีที่เชื่อถือได้สำหรับเครื่องผู้ใช้ทั่วไป Microsoft ระบุว่าอาจถูกละเว้นในระบบรุ่นใหม่หรืออุปกรณ์ที่เชื่อมต่อกับ Defender for Endpoint จึงไม่ควรรับรองว่าเป็นวิธีปิดถาวร ดูคำเตือนใน Microsoft Learn
การหยุดบริการอย่าง Security Center หรือบริการของ Defender ก็ไม่ใช่วิธีที่ปลอดภัยหรือเชื่อถือได้ เพราะ Windows อาจเปิดกลับ ทำให้หน้าสถานะแสดงคลาดเคลื่อน และไม่ได้ลบไดรเวอร์ งานตามกำหนดเวลา หรือ Policy ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ไม่ว่าปิดด้วยวิธีใด การไม่มี Antivirus ที่มี Real-time protection ทำงานอยู่ย่อมเสี่ยงต่อมัลแวร์มากกว่าการเปิดระบบป้องกันไว้ หากเป็นเครื่ององค์กรและนโยบายไม่อนุญาตให้เปลี่ยนค่า ควรติดต่อผู้ดูแลระบบแทนการพยายามหลบเลี่ยงการควบคุม
