1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsThere is no public Subito listings-search API documented in the public materials reviewed, and Subito’s published terms prohibit automated tools from accessing the site or extracting its information. If you want to keep up with new ads, use Subito’s saved searches and notifications. If you are a professional seller importing your own stock, use Subito’s authorized seller-management integrations. For bulk access to other users’ listings, ask Subito for explicit permission and a documented, approved route before building anything.
Does Subito have a public listings API?
The public Subito materials reviewed do not document an API for searching or retrieving marketplace listings. That is a narrow statement about the documentation reviewed, not proof that no private agreement or access arrangement exists. Subito may have a route for a particular authorized use case; the public materials do not establish one for bulk retrieval of other users’ ads.
There is a separate and decisive issue: Subito’s published general terms prohibit automated access and extraction. The terms state: “Resta infine inteso che ogni eventuale utilizzo di robot, spider, scraper e/o ulteriori strumenti automatici per accedere al sito e/o per estrapolare i relativi dati, contenuti, informazioni è espressamente vietato.” In English: “It is understood that any use of robots, spiders, scrapers and/or other automated tools to access the site and/or extract its data, content, or information is expressly prohibited.” The English sentence is a translation, not Subito’s original wording.
Those are Subito’s published platform rules; this is not a legal opinion about how any law might apply to a particular project. Terms and partner arrangements can change, so check Subito’s current terms and contact the company about your use case before proceeding.

Choose the workflow that matches what you need
“Get Subito listings” can mean very different things. The appropriate route depends on whether you want to notice new ads, publish your own inventory, or retrieve marketplace data in bulk.
| Your goal | Supported route | What it does not provide |
|---|---|---|
| Notice new listings that match a search | Save a search in your Subito account and enable notifications. | It is a user-facing alert, not a documented API or bulk data feed. |
| Import or manage your own professional inventory | Use MultiGestionale or an authorized third-party listing manager documented by Subito. | Seller-side publishing and management do not provide access to other users’ marketplace ads. |
| Collect marketplace listings in bulk | Ask Subito for written authorization and a supported access route before developing an integration. | The public documentation reviewed does not establish a public search API or a private data-access program for this purpose. |
For personal monitoring, use saved searches and alerts
If the practical goal is to spot new ads matching a product, category, or other search criteria, Subito’s saved-search and notification features are the official user workflow. They let you follow results through your account rather than building an automated collector.
- Search Subito using the criteria you care about.
- Save the search from your account using the controls Subito currently provides.
- Enable or review notifications for that saved search in your account settings.
- Open the relevant listing on Subito when an alert arrives and assess it there.
The exact interface labels and notification options may vary by app, website, or account settings; use the current controls shown by Subito. This workflow is intended for personal monitoring. It should not be treated as permission to automate collection from alerts or listing pages, or as a substitute for an approved bulk-data arrangement.

For professional sellers, distinguish importing your ads from retrieving others’
Subito documents MultiGestionale and authorized third-party listing managers for professional sellers who need to import and manage their own offers. These are seller-side listing publication and management integrations. Their existence does not show that a developer can use them to search, export, or harvest other sellers’ listings.

Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
Subito’s terms also address software used to upload or manage ads: unapproved listing-management software is prohibited, and automated posting systems are permitted only when authorized. That rule concerns listing management and posting. The separate clause quoted above concerns automated site access and extraction. Do not treat authorization for one workflow as authorization for the other.
- If you own the inventory: check Subito’s current MultiGestionale and partner information, confirm that a provider is authorized, and follow the provider’s supported import process.
- If you want other sellers’ ads: a seller import tool is not the right interface. Request written approval and a documented data-access route from Subito.
Partner availability and program terms can change. Confirm them with Subito rather than assuming that a previously listed provider, integration, or capability is currently available.

For bulk access, get approval before writing an integration
If a business or research project genuinely requires many listings, first describe the intended purpose, fields, scale, update frequency, and retention needs to Subito and ask whether it will authorize the use and provide a supported interface. Seek written confirmation of both permission and the technical route. The reviewed public materials do not state an endpoint, authentication method, rate limit, schema, API-key process, or private-access program for retrieving other users’ listings, so none should be assumed.
Until Subito confirms an approved route, do not build a scraper, reverse-engineer private endpoints, replay undocumented app traffic, rotate accounts or proxies, or attempt to evade access controls. Those approaches would conflict with the published terms and are not a documented API integration.

ScreenshotNeo is a website screenshot API and MCP server, not a Subito listings API and not a way to extract structured listing data. It may be useful when you need a visual capture of a page you are authorized to access; a screenshot is not a searchable feed or permission to automate Subito. For a permitted page capture, this is a one-request example:
Rank #4
curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://stripe.com -o shot.webp
See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for request options. Before a capture, it can accept cookie or consent banners and remove more than 60 known consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets; each cleanup step can be turned off. Bot checks or CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and responses identify the page verdict and billing status in headers. Its MCP server provides take_screenshot, get_page_info, and capture_pdf for AI agents using Claude, Cursor, or another MCP client. The free plan includes 1,000 screenshots a month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000 screenshots. Those capabilities concern screenshots, not retrieval of Subito listing records.

“An endpoint I found in the app must be the API”
Undocumented app traffic is not evidence of a public or authorized developer interface. The reviewed public materials do not establish that such endpoints are supported for third-party integrations. Do not build against them or reuse app traffic without written authorization.
“A listing manager can export the whole marketplace”
Subito’s documented management tools are for professional sellers importing and managing their own offers. Their existence does not establish a search API or permission to collect other people’s ads.
Best Value
“A saved-search alert gives me an API feed”
Saved searches and notifications are an official monitoring feature for users, not a documented bulk-access interface. Use them through the account controls Subito provides.
“If scraping works technically, it is an approved route”
Technical success does not change the platform rule. Subito’s published terms expressly prohibit automated access and extraction. A CAPTCHA, block, blank response, or other access failure is not a reason to evade the restriction; stop and ask Subito about an approved route.
What to ask Subito before committing to bulk access
A precise request helps determine whether Subito can support the use case without guessing at a technical interface. Include:
Free tools Windows power users keep installed
One-click scans. No signup required.
- The purpose and organization behind the project.
- Whether the data concerns your own ads or other users’ ads.
- The specific fields you need, such as listing title or publication date, and why each is necessary.
- Expected volume, update frequency, geographic scope, and intended retention.
- Whether the data will be displayed, analyzed internally, or redistributed.
- A request for written authorization and the supported interface, if one is available for that use.
Do not start implementation until the permitted scope and access mechanism are clear. A response approving one use case should not be generalized to other fields, purposes, or collection methods.
